I was in dire straits after my keys unknowingly flew off the back of a truck on 94 along with my jacket. Street not beefing about to find them I called Simon. He gave me a time and showed up ten minutes early. He finished quickly and charged me exactly what he quoted. The price was half what his competitors were asking. He uses the best around. Youd be a fool to go anywhere else.

Was able to come quickly and late at night the day I called so I was able to have the locks rekeyed before going out of town. Really professional, even said he didn't want to bother me while he was there working. He was in and out in under 30 minutes and had me check to make sure the new keys were working to my liking and made an adjustment when asked, no problem. He was also really honest and friendly. I like that he charged a reasonable, flat rate as some other companies couldn't even give me an estimate until they saw my locks or charged outrageously high prices. Overall, this company was absolutely the best for price, quality, and service and I am really happy to have went with them!

My door handle was broken, he offered to go to store to buy replacement.
