Walked out of my apartment and the door locked shut behind me right as I remembered I forgot to grab my keys. Landlord said maintenance would take an hour to get to my apartment and it would be a 100 dollar charge, or I could try a locksmith.I looked up locksmiths near my area and called Chicagoland Locksmith, who were able to get a locksmith out to my apartment in 20-25 minutes. My locksmith Steven was able to get my apartment door open after working on it for 5-10 minutes or so, and the cost to me ended up less than what my landlord would of charged, and in less time!If I ever need locksmith services again I'll be sure to give these guys a call, though I'm hoping I won't forget my keys next time.

Chicagoland locksmith was awesome ! I went to shopping with family and came back only to find my door knob had gotten lose and got locked out in cold weather with my kids! Trusted google reviews and call up! Todd arranged for a technician immediately and was in my place in 15 mins and technician Rafael was awesome took less than 5 mins to get us in! Kids were relived to be back and the quote was very nominal and affordable! A nightmare evening turned out to be much smoother and had dinner on time! Thanks to the prompt and wonderful service!

Was not happy with this 'Professional Lock Smith' ..Called them out to repair my Andersen French Patio Door HANDLE..Technician came out and said he could repair the handle. .He replaced the spindle(7 dollar part)which connects the handles on each side of the door, said he 'realigned ' the doors which he just basically kicked one into place..no parts were used for this. .just kicking..he then writes his 300+dollar bill..we pay him and he leaves. .a few weeks later (we had a 90 day warranty ) The handle breaks again! I call them to tell them this ..they reply by telling me only their work was warrantied not the parts..and I was basically SOL..I then call Andersen door and speak to a door technican which looks up my exact doors serial number...we come to find out the professional Lock smith installed the wrong spindle in the handle..and put a completely wrong one in which was prone to breaking. ..as it did.. to be 100 %%sure I even sent the techician a picture of the cracked spindle and it was confirmed WRONG one....I then call Chicagoland lock smith to tell them this and express my frustration on spending 300+dollars on something that was not ever fixed correctly. .they tell me that they can only give me back 40 dollars...what a complete joke ..Be warned people be very warned. .
