i am a selfish customer that requires very good customer service.My home front door lock (Marks lock) broke i spoke to the staff and we traded photos and took my lock apart took it to them we found the correct replacement and my son and i were able to install it (took us 2 hours we don't do this a lot) i have to say they are patient and know exactly what they are doing and what they say and they saved me 120 dollars by telling me to take it to them so it can be replaced. Thank you very much.

The locksmith had a hard time getting into my locked vehicle (with the keys in it) but he never gave up - even though it took a couple hours. He was very professional and never gave up. Nor did he ask for any extra compensation above the flat rate he stated before he came. I would have given up after 30 min and smashed the window, but he did not. I am very happy and recommend them.

Great Family owned and operated business. Fast and prices competitive. Ask for Hector; he is the owner but makes himself available whenever I stop by for key copies, re-keys, my remote acting up and even when I locked myself out of my car (which I have done many times :( not to happy to admit that..lol..) Awesome shop, friendly service!
