Employees super friendly I lost my keys at the airport and didnt known how I was going to get home they told me it would take him 30 to 90 minutes for him to get to my location ! He was there within a hour in a half we both met at the parking lot the gentleman was there before I got there he had the car all warm and keys ready for me I would definitely recommend them to a friend he also came to my location !!!

Amazing experience. The lock on my condo failed at 10pm on a Friday, leaving me locked out. Within 30 minutes, 24-7 was onsite and had me back inside. Even fixed the locking mechanism that night. Couldn't be happier or more impressed. I didn't even know a service like this existed; what a major relief!

Excellent service! Through a series of unfortunate events, we suddenly had zero keys to our Honda CR-V. Since we needed special push to start keys (no 'real' key), we had very few options. We were pleasantly surprised when our tech Steve responded right away and fixed us up with two keys. Steve came to us in the north suburbs and gave us a price that wasn't out of line with the dealership. We would have had to tow the car to the dealership, so this was a fair deal and fast and friendly. Thank you!

Called to explain what was needed for my ignition switch. Was asked to bring it in to be repaired and did. Was told that I'd receive a call the next day and didn't. Called back two days later and was consistently placed on whole for over ten minutes and never got to speak with a tech. Two days after that finally spoke with a tech and was given different information about my ignition switch. They actually gave information about another customer's item. After finally getting the right item it wasn't worked on.

Of course only I loose my keys during a big snow storm! I only have one key fob that was programmed by the dealer. I had another key fob at home I called Keyway and they almost turned me away. The person on the phone gave me the opportunity to hear me out. After a couple questions and after explaining that I got the key fob when I bought the car. He gave me an approximate time he will get to me. He didnt make it on the time he stated, but he had great communication with me. He explained that he got held up on his last job. When he showed up I handed him my key fob and he got to work. In less than ten minutes he got my key fob to turn on the car. I was supper great full! Not all heros wear capes..... some just drive a Keyway Lock & Security truck. Thanks a lot!

Steve and crew did a great job at making me an extra key for my Subaru Tribeca. They had to order the key blank as it had the remote control in the key and once it came in they promptly called me to bring the car in.Once I brought the car in, they quickly cut the key and programmed it to work with the car and saved me 33% off what the dealer wanted for the same key.I would definitely recommend Steve and crew if you need a new lock or key for you car!
