Worked great. I have a key I've tried to duplicate a few times, but most hardware stores don't carry the brass for it. I gave the kiosk a try. Even though they didn't have the right materials either (it's an uncommon key type, I guess) they shipped the copies to me for free in a non-suspicious envelope. I also received a discount for my third key. (Note: I didn't actually use the 'save my key' feature.)

The key maker worked very well. Pretty fast. The keys work. However, it is a little creepy that you asked for my email and my fingerprint. I don't know what you will do with that data and assume it is likely to get stolen if you are ever hacked. I wish I hadn't submitted either of those bits of information.
