I called to find out why the locksmith didnt show and the dispatcher was very rude to me. Callback and she hung up on me. Left a message and still have yet to receive a call back. I was quoted two different prices and the only reason they get 1 Star is because after speaking with the actual locksmith he was more professional than the rest. They are over priced but I did receive good customer service from secure lock so that was be a better choice if youre looking

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Starting from the first call to get someone out to help to when the locksmith arrived and unlocked my car with ease. I don't remember the locksmiths name but he was so kind and polite, I was so frustrated and running late and he was able to keep me calm and got the job done so fast that I actually made it on time to my meeting! The pricing was actually super affordable compared to other locksmiths too! I'd recommend My Locksmith to anyone!
