I would give the business less than one star, if that would register. This so called shop literally put my family in danger. They had our car for a deer hit. They had the car for a month.... It was returned to them multiple times because even we could see problems. What we didn't know or see was the shotty workmanship that bares close resemblance to insurance fraud. Thank goodness a minor incident lead us to need more work done. Already having had a bad experience with twisted metal, we went elsewhere. This new shop couldn't even begin work until the insurance adjuster came back out to document the previous hack job. Upon further inspection, it was found that our car was released to us, unsafe to be driven!!!! We wouldn't have been able to know or see this unless we worked in a shop!!!! Parts were unrecognizable, not put in correctly, some weren't even known by the new shop. Things weren't welded correctly and, in some spots, not at all!!!! The new shop people said it was a good thing that it was a simple driveway/garage ding or things could've been far worse........ WITH EVERYTHING IN ME, I BEG YOU, DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO TWISTED METAL. THEIR SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP AND USE OF WRONG PARTS AND BASIC INABILITY TO ACCURATELY FIX OUR CAR, COULD'VE COST ME A HUSBAND OR CHILD.

My experience with Twisted Metal Collision Center was the best I've ever had! Their crew is amazing, they took great care of my car and went above beyond to make sure my car was perfect and I was provided reliable transportaion while repairs were being completed. I would highly recommend this body shop for any of your auto care needs. I will be back for sure!

Dawn and Tim Thyberg are the owners of Twisted Metal, and two of the nicest people you will meet.Customer Service is amazing. Their Crew is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful to their customers and they take pride in their work. I very highly recommend if you need work done to your vehicles, or trucks, campers, buses, etc,, I wouldn't take it anywhere else but to Twisted Metal. Especially if you want the the job done and done right!!!
