I called them to tow my vehicle for me, they told me 45 minutes on the phone. After waiting for over an hour these people did not answer the phone and when they did,my friend and I were both hung up on! They later sent a text after ignoring all of our calls, stating that they wouldnt be able to make it! DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU TRULY NEED HELP!

Avoid this company. The operator was Ill-mannered. I was told that a truck would be dispatched to my location (20 min from their head quarters) within 45 min to an hour. After 1.5 hours of waiting I was notified they would not be coming. It is the middle of the night and I am on the expressway.

This company displayed speedy response time, excellent quality service and professionalism. The gentleman that brought us gas even let us follow him out of the area due to the fact that we were lost GPS wasnt getting signal and we wer not in the greatest neighborhood and from out of town. If I ever have car trouble in the Chicago area again this is most certainly the company I'm going to use again.

Great people me and my family were in Chicago for vacation r van broke down we don't know anybody in Chicago so I called these guys best experience they picked us up and took us back to there shop they insured me they could get my van fixed but it would be a few days i figured the vacation was ruined but the owner did the nicest thing he gave me a SUV to drive while they fixed the van great people thanks alot guys

Tonight my 22 yr old daughter was having car problems 45 minutes from home. I drive to meet her with my 12 yr old special needs son and call our insurance on the way to have them send towing, since that is what I pay for each month with the policy. The first estimated truck was suppose to be there in 35 mins. After I get the text message confirming they were coming, I called the tow company to confirm. She said the truck was 20 mins away just in the town over. Great. 45 minutes later, no truck. I receive another text message from insurance company with an updated estimate of 90 minutes. It is now 8:20pm and I am livid. We have already been waiting 55 minutes. I call the insurance company and lose my mind. What if I hadn't been there. She was alone, almost an hour from home and suppose wait 2.5 hours for a tow. The agent said he will fix it. I am so mad we decide to drive it home, I follow her slowly. We are thinking a bad bearing or tie rod. 10 mins into the drive home at 40 mph, Mr. QuickPick calls to let me know he is minutes away. My husband was calling from home to cancel as I was flipping out and livid. I informed him we were driving it home and appreciate him calling personally to let me know he was coming. He told me he would answer his phone if I needed him and would be there as fast as he could. I know, it could have been so much worse, especially in today's world. I felt he didn't necessarily have to call and reassure me he was there if we needed him. As a mom, that kind of peace of mind comes with no price tag. Having kids in this world is scary at times and it's nice to know people still exist that put forth the effort in their job. I will keep their number in my phone and will call them instead of my insurance next time.

Very helpful and FASTTTTI blew a tire on i294 and they were there in a flash to change it for me, what I liked most is that their driver stayed in contact with me as he was on his way, definitely reccomend this service to anyone who needs it and have saved their number just in case I need them in the future.
