Called to ask about replacing my door locks the handle and deadbolts on my front and back door. After 10 minutes of explaining and repeatedly saying I need DEADBOLTS changed the person at the counter informed me that they don't do cars. (Who puts deadbolts on a car door.) They also said they would call the locksmith himself to check a price and call back. Them commenting on this rating was the only response I got back.

I called to see if mailboxes where able to be changed and the lady who answered the phone was rude as hell. Once she was rude and had an attitude, I didn't even care if the company did mailbox lock changes.... get better hospitality and maybe you would get more business!

AMAZING!!! Im going threw a separation and didnt like thinking maybe he still has a key. They gave me a 2 hr time frame of when they would be out and than called me when they were on their way. Prompt & professional. Now I can sleep better knowing he for sure doesn't have a key to get it. Thank you so much for everything I will definitely refer you to everyone i come across!

I set an appointment with them and they gave me a 2 hour window. 9 to 11. 1 pm rolls around and no call from anyone. I tried calling office number multiple times and would just get their voice mail. Even after leaving a voice mail, I never received a call back. Very unprofessional.

While I too thought the phone service was a bit lacking, they were very cordial and prompt. Called before coming and gave me a business card upon arrival. Robin was very nice and explained their service, since I had never used a locksmith before. They are a family owned business and been in business a long time (forget how many years). She was honest about my price and was even able to call and speak to my home warranty company, so that I would get reimbursed. We will definitely call A-1 again should we need their service.

Locked my keys in my car while out to dinner with family.They were polite, cost effective, quick, efficient and got me back to the table without missing a course. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I wasn't in such a bad situation, I would have tried finding another company. When calling, the rep just said hello without even saying the company name and was pretty rude throughout the conversation. Charged me over $130 for a job that took not even 5 minutes. Did complete what I needed but the poor customer service and price is ultimately for the 3 stars.

Was kind of sketchy when calling because it seemed to simple to set up. Said the fee to unlock my truck would be $55 plus tax. This place closes at 9, but the lady had no problem servicing me exactly at 9 when I got off of work.She had the work done in five seconds max, and took the only cash I had on me ($55 exactly, I got lucky) saying that tax was not a worry. Seriously made my and my fiancee's night. God bless you!

Well I've found my true calling; locksmithing! If this woman can charge 61 dollars to unlock a car using nothing but a piece of wire, what looks like a butter knife and a piece of plastic then why can't I? And I can be rude to my customers while I'm at it, too. I can basically run a scam and be terrible to others all at the same time. Awesome! Please never use this service. This woman doesn't deserve to make money off of others.
