I have come to this lock place on three or four separate occasions and each time it has just been the most phenomenal service. The guys behind the desk are extremely customer service oriented and will go out of their way to make sure that you get what you need. On one occasion he spent 20 minutes trying to figure out my issue and then didnt even charge me for his services. This is a top shop and if you need any luck services at all I highly recommend this locksmith shop.

Awesome place. I have a lock but no keys. No one could make the key or had a replacement, even the home improvement stores. These guys cut the keys for it no problem in 10 minutes while I was waiting.

Great understanding of customer needs. Has been trying to make a copy of a key for common entry in a condo building and every single vendor (ACE, Menards, Home Depot) couldnt deliver. These guys made it happen in 5 minutes. Kudos!!

I asked them to fix a front door lock, but the tech couldnt repair it and said he had to replace it. Then it took the tech two additional visits to the house to replace the front door lock, because he couldnt get the new ones to work, plus two other scheduled visits where the tech just didnt show up or call.

Lady that worked there was very rude. I went to get a forklift key made and it didn't work so I called to tell them I was going to bring it back for a refund. When I went to return it she goes I thought you were going to try to make a different key that's hard to find. I thought that was very rude. I don't know who owns this place but they need to teach their employees proper customer service.

Excellent service, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and prices are very reasonable! They are also very compassionate people ! They came out to open my safe because I lost the key and forgot combination years ago. It was a Sunday morning and I could not get in to the safe. I called the emergency service and they came right out and opened the safe. I have severe rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis and my pain on a scale of 1-10 is a 10 without my pain meds. They are kept in a large locked safe and I lost the key. They opened it and fixed it so I have new combination and can't lose that ! They are the nicest people and willing to help in any way and solve your problem of securing your personal items and preventing theft, yet making it easy for only you to get help if you should lose a key or can't open a lock or safe! From my experience and living in the area 40 years and hearing it from everyone I know, they are the most trustworthy, honest, kind, have a brilliant knowledge of locks safes etc,, are available around the clock and their prices are very very reasonably priced!Dr and Mrs Johnson
