Erik gave me a quote for his services over the phone and was fairly priced. He was on site with in 15min and had my car back on the road in a flash!. Though a simple task, a reliable company is much appreciated (Especially when your insurance company fails you). I can't complain about my experience, and would definitely call again when in need.

Erik answered and he was at my car in under 15 minutes. Very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me recommendations of where to go to get a replacement tire which was also the fastest place in the area. Eric did an amazing job! I got a flat tire at 3am and not only did he get there super fast but he also replaced my tire very quickly. He also noticed there was plastic hanging from the bottom of my car so he asked if it was ok to remove it since I was dragging from underneath my vehicle. Im so grateful he answered the phone so quickly and made such a headache of a situation feel like no big deal. Before I knew it I was safely home. I would highly recommend Eric for not only emergency situations but also mechanic work!

Erik is a life saver I was stranded in Buffalo Grove for 3 hours with my daughter with a flat tire and nobody would come help us. Everybody we ask was saying call your insurance company it was 4pm on a Saturday a older man stopped and said call roadside assistance I looked it up on line and explained to Erik what was going on he was there in 20 minutes got me back on the road and 10 minutes Thank you so much I got his card and would most definitely call him 1st if I'm in need. Recommendation 100%

I got a flat on route 41 I was able to pull in to the speedway thats when I saw I had no spare tire In my trunk. I told the driver this over the phone and he said not to worry that he would bring me a spare donut tire. He did and was able to change my flat tire. I got back on the road in 25 mins. Such great service thank you I highly recommend them!

Waukegan Roadside Assistance is fantastic. They came as soon as I called, jumped my car in the freezing cold, and then when I didn't run it long enough and it died again, they came out and jumped it again at no charge. Love them! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Long overdue thank you to WRA. Had a flat tire around 8pm during a cold evening last spring. I was going to change the tire myself but I could not lower the tire down from underneath the SUV because the chain was stuck. Using my phone to search for a mechanic, I stumbled upon WRA and just called them. He was there less than an hour. With every tool, equipment, gadgets, etc. in his car, it was a quick and easy tire change for a reasonable price. Then this past May, my wife had a flat in the middle of a rainy afternoon. Called WRA again. Same result: he got there in less than an hour and my wife was off to the races in no time.I highly recommend WRA. Dont know what locations he covers, but hes your guy if you live in the north shore area. Why get down and dirty and spend hours doing it yourself, when WRA can save your day? And hes a really nice and friendly guy too! Thank you WRA!

I was stranded on the interstate the other day and gave Waukegan roadside assistance a call. They answered the phone right away and told me someone would be out to assist me in 1/2 hr. They showed up and brought me a new tire (I didnt have a spare) for my trailer. They quickly changed my tire and I was on my way. The only reason for my 4 star review is I felt the price was pretty high. The guy told me it was going to be $500 which seemed very high to me I got him down to $400 which still seem high but after all I was stranded. Over all they were very prompt and professional and if your in a bind they will get you back on the road.
