I cannot say enough about the team at Citadel. They were accommodating with their schedule, quick to arrive, and efficient in unlocking my door when I accidentally locked myself out of my home. They are much appreciated and if I ever need locksmith services again (fingers crossed that I won't), I would definitely use them again.

I locked myself out of my home and called Citadel in a panic.. although I got an answering machine I did leave a voicemail and within five minutes had a return call from David, the owner of the company. He was very professional and sympathetic to my position and told me he would be here within 30 minutes of my call. He arrived as promised and it couldve even been less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security!David recommended a deadbolt which needs a key to be locked which would replace my regular door handle lock. I will be telling my family and friends about Citedal should they ever have any lock/security needs in the future. It is rare these days to find a company that is so responsive, professional and sensibly priced.

Today we came home only to find the spring on our garage door had broken and we had no keys to enter the door. We called Citadel Lock at 3:30 PM and they close at 4:00 PM. The receptionist was very polite and informed us that someone would be out to assist us within a half hour. At 3:50 PM David was at our house opening our locks. He was very courteous and professional. Thanks Citadel for your prompt attention in our time of need. We highly recommend Citadel Lock any time you have lock issues and need a professional locksmith.

I drive a 1978 Volvo and, long story short, lost the key to the gas cap. I called and was able to bring my car to the Oswego location that same Saturday afternoon, where I was met by the owner, who unlocked the cap within ten minutes. This was the third locksmith I had gone to (the previous two were unable to pick the lock). On Monday afternoon my house was broken into while my youngest daughter was home by herself. We were extremely lucky that the intruder left our house without incident and without harming her. I never imagined the anxious moments and stress that accompanies such an event until it occurred with my family. Needless to say, I was extremely worried about another break in as the intruder was able to somehow pick my front door lock.I googled 'locksmith' in my town and Citadel Lock & Security popped up first. I called David who immediately put me at ease and rearranged his schedule to get to my house that same day, which I never expected him to do. He explained how we should restructure our lock systems and Mike from their company was there the next day to install the new locks and deadbolts.Throughout this aweful experience, Dave and Mike were nothing but professional, curteous and empathetic to our situation and their work was timely and thorough. Mike even took the time to clean up around the doorways when he was done installing the locks! I will not hesitate to endorse Citadel Lock & Security and have already given their name to friends and relatives who want to upgrade their locks due to my family's experience.
