Locked out of home. Called a different locksmith first. He was unable to get the lock open!Called SPINELLO LOCKSMITH and they got it open fairly quickly. Scott was knowledgeable: professional, courteous, and determined to get that door open. And he did! I very much appreciated the service that I. Spinello Locksmiths provided; we needed a dead bolt and some locks replaced on our new house. However, I was unimpressed with the organization and logistics of their services, as well as whatwe paid for labor costs versus what I was quoted over the phone. I was told that my locks would be replaced between 9-11 am. At 10:45, I called the company to double check that I had the right date and time. They then changed the time and said they would be here between 1-5 pm. When I had them double check, they apologized and said 9-11 was the correct time frame, but that the locksmith would for sure be late. It was 11:40 by the time the locksmith arrived. When he did arrive, I had to re-walk him through everything we needed done on the locks, as if the company had not communicated this to him. Due to them showing up late and having to stay much later than planned (they were not finished until 2:30), I had to cancel my plans and appointments that I had set up for the rest of the day. By the time they were finished, we ended up paying about $60 more than what we were quoted over the phone due to labor costs. This was frustrating, as the locksmith was in his truck for about 50 minute-1 hour of his time that he was here, to the point where I had no clue where he was. The locksmith was very friendly and did what needed to be done, but I was not happy about paying so much more than what we were quoted and the lack of communication. Therefore, if you are going to use their services, please be prepared to take an entire day off of work and be home for whole day, as it is not guaranteed (at least from my experience) that they will be there and/or finished within the given time frame. I am all about being flexible, but I do not appreciate lateness without communication and pre-planning. It is a good thing I did not take a half-day off of work, or else I would have had to miss work!

I Spinello has been able to take care of all needs from ancient to ultra modern a friend and co worker had her Lexus keys and fob stolen spinelli recently invested a huge amount of money in a laser cutter they where able to laser cut and program from vin.

The woman who works the counter at the store is very unfriendly. When she comes out from the back room to the front counter, it always seems like I just interrupted her latest suicide attempt. What little I have had done there has been satisfactory, but I don't like going there. It is not a pleasant experience.

Dishonest business that takes advantage of people in a difficult situation. Called them and requested a quote for a lock out for my mom who was 2 hours away from home. Guy quoted me a price of $65 and said he would be there in 15 mins. After giving him the address and the name of the place I reconfirmed at least two times for the time and price. Both times he said, yes $65 and Ill be there in 15 mins. I received the bill and it was for $95! When my mom questioned him the price difference he said no it was quoted at $95. I called him and asked about the discrepancy and he basically denied quoting me the price. Avoid this POS for his bait and switch tactic.

No store hours posted on door. Google hrs say 24 hrs. Which most likely pertains to emergency lock service. Just tried to get keys made. Should post store hrs. Online and on door. Went elsewhere to have 6 keys made.

Great customer service everytime I go in to have keys cut or have service done to my doors. The first time I ever used I. Spinello I was locked out of my car at 1 in the morning I made a call and withing 15 minutes a young man named Thad showed up and withing a minute had opened my vehicle. Just a great company I wouldn't use anyone else!
