Jim and his crew were wonderful from the get go! The cameras are awesome, you can see so clearly. The guys who came out and installed were so knowledgeable. They walked this grandma through setting it up on my phone and other devices . I was even able to do my husbands when he got home by myself!! I would highly recommend their surveillance system . The two technicians arrived on time and were very polite and professional. The were very conscientious about keeping the house clean and tried to keep the mess to a minimum. They asked if they needed to remove their shoes to walk on the carpet and respected my wishes. They installed the four camera's on the outside of the house exactly where I asked them to. Inside the house they installed the wiring, power supply and hard drive right where I wanted also. They completed the setup in a reasonable amount of time and then tweaked the camera views to my satisfaction. They then provided instruction on using the software so we could view footage on our TV and smartphones. They were patient and stayed until all my questions were answered and I felt confident in using the new product. I received a follow up phone call the next day from the owner asking how everything went. I had a couple of questions after 'playing' with the new system and I was immediately connected to the tech that did the installation. Great customer service and very friendly. I was even more surprised by the great video quality of the cameras and how you can customize and personalize each camera and motion detection setting. Very pleased with the product and service!

Really happy with how fast they responded to me locking my keys in my car (they said 10 mins for an ETA, but Scott arrived before then). Scott helped me unlock my car quickly, was very nice and professional, and gave me a tip to check my insurance because they might reimburse me. Scott even wished me happy birthday. All in all, given the situation and my stress to get in my car, I am really happy with how it all went and how quickly it was resolved.

M Spinello and Son are an amazing group I had two keys made and programmed for my chevy cruise. The over knowledge and curiosities was very refreshing and knowing exactly what I need when called made it very easy At the moment of walking into the store they knew exactly what I was there for just from seeing my vehicle out front. The whole process, from the estimate, to the installation, and the follow-up instruction was all very professional and the technicians were friendly, helpful and always showed up on time! When I had questions after I started using the system, the technicians came back out to help me and give me further instruction on how to use the system. I also had major issues with my internet provider that could not be resolved prior to the installation. M Spinello was happy to come back once my internet problems were finally resolved so that they could set up the remote access feature and teach me how to use it.
