Cut keys fit & operate lock as well as originals BUT the newly cut edges have burrs and can cut skin & clothing. I used the original key to scrape the copy's burrs off. This was 90% effective with some effort. Kiosk should have a follow-up operation with a wire brush wheel to polish the cut surface before giving key to patron.

Refused to give cost estimate over phone. Did not inform me of the 'service fee'. They charged be 160$ for simply unlocking my car which was done in less than 5 min and maybe 30min of total drive time.
