Four hours after I got locked out, and three different 'associates' telling me they'll be by my house in 1/2 hour... nobody showed up. Nobody called to cancel, or tell me they're not coming. In blistering heat with a 3 year old I truly 'appreciated' the courtesy. Don't count on them to help you in a bind!

My Google Maps showed Carpenter Security Locksmith near my home. I was in an emergency situation so I called them. Response time was fine, but they subcontracted to a shady service who (after unlocking me quickly) charged me more than he claimed he was going to. Use someone reputable instead of these bots. Their business address is fraudulent and the tech didnt even know where the office was who was billing me. Shady. I was billed by Locksmith Services.
