I got 3 keys and 1 key didnt work an they sent me a code for a free key. This time it worked. & they gave me the money back for the key. I will recommend this company to everyone. I like the machine over the other machines that Ive tried in the past.

Kiosk was very intuitive. I was able to continue answering questions while I was waiting for my key which saved time. I purchased the very base model house key. Final product gets the job done and opens the lock, but is a courser fit and harder to turn initially. The new key needs to be worn in a little.

I tried to copy my key at a hardware store, but they didn't have the proper blank. I went to a KeyMe kiosk at Menards and had 3 working keys at a reasonable price in about a week.

So...my key didnt work. Wah, wah...But o was SUPER IMPRESSED with how quickly I got a response to my email! I was not going to be able to go back to the store to get another. So they refunded me! It was so easy and the money was back in my account an hour later! If I see another keyme kiosk, and i need a key, I will for sure use it!

Called to request a locksmith to assist with an apartment lockout. The dispatcher said they ordered a technician to my location, so I waited. A full hour passed and I got a call from the technician, saying he was still 30 minutes away, and requesting a description of the locks that need opening. I said I had only a Kwikset deadbolt, he said he wouldn't be able to pick it and would have to drill it out but had a replacement with him. Then he called me back another 15 minutes later saying he actually didn't have any replacements and expected me to just deal with having no lock on my door until I could find a replacement myself. Thanks for wasting close to 2 hours of my life.
