I would rather push my car up a hill before ever calling Steve Dunbar to tow my vehicle. He was supposed to pick my car up yesterday at 9 in the morning and drop it off at the mechanics. I called the mechanic at 2 in the afternoon and asked for the status of my vehicle. He stated that my car was never dropped off. I called Brownsburg towing and asked what was going on, Steve told me that the mechanic told him he had no room and to come back later. So I called my mechanic back and he told me that Brownsburg towing never showed up and he has not talked to them all day. I called Steve back thats when it got interesting. He got caught in a lie and then got angry. He then proceeded to use profanity and told me if I did not like what he was doing to find someone else to tow my damn car and hung up on me! Never in my life have I ever had to deal with that level of disrespect from a place of business. So I called Marilyns and my car was at the shop within the hour!

Car was picked up within 2 minutes of ETA and was towed as expected on a Saturday. Much appreciated tow! Car broke down and insurance took care of the set up call. Pleasant tow truck driver as well.

Friendly service and very reasonable on price, $75.00 for a simple job of removing a car from inside a enclosed trailer when another company close by(Bob's Towing recovery) wanted $250.00 for this).

Very Very RUDE!!!!!! Called me a liar as soon as he got me on the phone because I told the driver to tow my car to the dealership where I bought the vehicle and his P.O. said something different. I told him that Chevrolet setup the tow and it is clearly a mistake which I had nothing to do with. He said he didn't care and he will have his driver take my car to his tow yard until things get straightened out. He yelled and yelled until I started to yell back. Never ever ever use this company because the customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

My wife's vehicle broke down. She called the roadside assistance through our insurance to get a tow. BT said they would be there to tow the vehicle around 10:45 (she called around 9:20-9:30). 10:45 came and went without a truck showing up or a phone call letting her know when someone would be there. She called BT numerous times as well as had our insurance company call to see if they were on their way. She was told they were on the way and it would be 5-10 minutes. I left work to meet her at 11:15 and they still were not there. I got to where the vehicle broke dow and still not there so I called. I was told someone was on the way and the man I talked seemed irritated. I recapped the situation for him and he hung up on me. At this point it was an hour after the estimated time of tow (10:45). Called our insurance to cancel the tow and got a different company to do it. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Will also contact my insurance company to let them know what kind of 'business' BT does.
