My indestructible u-lock for my bike has an awful design feature of a key that broke off.. after no luck, I called and a guy came and cut the lock off using a saw, and five minutes later I was riding home. Granted I need a new lock, they are quick and helpful.

My wife and daughter just got ripped off by a representative of F&S. Daughter locked her keys in the car. I showed up with a fob 5 minutes after she called F&S. F&S said he would arrive in 20 minutes. My daughter called F&S and explained she didn't need the service. Your guy showed up in 5 minutes and demanded $20. His explanation was he was one half a block away so we owed $20. This is not the right way to treat people.
