I came in to have a battery change for my watch and all i can say is this store is awesome! Great service and it was very fast. They also offer lifetime battery replacement which is super cool! They sell different items like batteries for laptops, batteries for cars, house bulbs to office bulbs and more. I had an awesone experience.

They would have got a lower rating from me if possible... Went in a little over a week ago to get a battery for my phone. The associate at the store said they didn't have it in stock and would have to order it, and that it would be in the following week. I said okay. They called and said the battery was in and for me to come in at my convince. So I return to the store. The associate then tells me that he can't fix the phone because it takes an hour to do and they don't have time before they close. Ok so I say that I have a story as well and are times of opening are conflicting. I then say that I will try to schedule help to cover me so I can leave early. So we worked out the schedule and I returned to the store this evening to hear the associate say oh well we can fix it we just can't do the last hour of the day. Now this is three trips, 120 miles later additional labor paid at my store. I'm done will not return very poor service, and very poor communication. Do not recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. I went in with a phone that worked fine but had a cracked screen and left with a phone that not only doesn't work but the whole bottom of the screen won't stay in. I have to keep pushing in place. I will never have another screen replacement done. I have to buy a new one anyway so just a waste of money and time. 5 hours to be exact and still didn't even put the screen in right. That's ridiculous!! I will never go back.

Been here a few times in the last several months. First, they repaired the screen on my iPhone. Next, they programmed my car's key fob. By the way, that was after a reputable local locksmith told me that the remote wasn't working. He was wrong. These guys had no problem with it. They can do it all and at a fair price. Thanks!

I went to verizon store after my phone stopped charging. Every option they gave me was around 200 dollars. I walked in, the guy looked at it for about a minute cleaned the charging port. It worked good as new. Spent less than 5 minutes total and didnt even ask for payment. I highly recommend this store.

Several other vendors hassled me over the size, chemical type and connection leads, only to be told I would face a several day lead time for a questionable match on the battery I need. -Prompt service, immediately began to troubleshoot my iPhone 6splus within 5 minutes of me walking in. *(My home button being the issue).*-Thorough examination at no charge. -Shot me straight from the start without trying to confuse me with tech. lingo. - Using terms I could easily understand, they explained the reasoning for my failing phone components.-Never once attempted to take advantage of my situation by using upscale tactics like most employees would do. (Especially with customers having little to no experience regarding the inner workings of a cellular device).-While I did receive mostly bad news about my iPhone, they went the extra mile by reaching out to other tech. gurus until they got their hands on a repair kit.- Went into my settings and launched a secondary home button allowing me to navigate to my home screen. - In conclusion, My iPhone is now potentially salvageable, thanks to 2 employees take pride/integrity in their work. Had my key going dead and was able to get in, get it swapped, and get out in 10 minutes. Their work was solid and did exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Only thing I don't like are upsales, but they didn't push it. Will go back again.

Based on my first(and probably only) experience with this store it seems like a bad joke. I was referred by best buy to them because i was finally fed up with the weak battery in my phone and they don't sell batteries. I went over there and walked in. The sales associate came out and I asked if they had a battery for an LG V20. He said that there was a recall on the phone and they can't get a battery for them. I asked if there was anywhere else nearby that has batteries for them and he re-iterated that there was a recall on the phone and there was a problem with the charging chip, not the batteries. My phone was dead or i would have googled it on the spot. After getting home I looked and can't find any indication there is any sort of recall on the LG V20. I wish that's where my disappointment ended.I looked at their own website and see they not only carry a battery for the LG V20, it was in stock in the very store I just came from. Now for the real issue, they want $44 dollars for this made in china off brand battery, which by the way they do not mention anywhere on their website is made in china. Even with the 10% discount for ordering online, this makes the battery about $0.40 cheaper than a name brand battery from LG. Had i purchased in store, it would've been more.Final nail in the coffin, the same made in china off brand battery is for sale on other websites for around half the price. You know, about what off brand batteries normally cost.

got my e-mail that said my order was ready for pick up and drove 26 miles and was told only half the order was on hand and the other battery would be there after lunch. So after two 52 mile round trips I got my batteries. i didn't save any money after driving over 100 miles. I learned one thing though that i won't be dealing with this company again. As a farmer I don't have time for this BS.

The employee's here are very helpful and super nice. I'm not very tech savvy, they installed an sd card in my phone, and I was going to buy a new battery but since I had purchased one a couple years ago from them, it was covered by the warranty, free, no charge!
