Guy was rude from the start. Told me the key fob i provided was defective. Batteries Plus made it work and for less. Followed up with a note to the company and they didn't respond. I've worked with them in the past without problems, but this was disappointing from start to finish.

Love this place. ALWAYS so polite and helpful. Needed tonget a new key fob for my Toyota. Paid $250 for it and they programmed it (smart key). Toyota wanted $600 for the fob and to program it. Saved $350 by goong to Cooks. HIGHLY recommend them. They also carry safes.
