Let me tell you about this company ...... Extremely awesome , the staff is helpful and very friendly . Even tho its never good when you lose a key and have to spend a nice amount on getting a key cut, But Brian did such an amazing job and provided exceptional service I had no problem with given up my money :) this company is very fast and reasonable and I would highly recommend them for service . I cannot recommend this service highly enough. The person was right on time, very professional (beyond any expectation), had my truck open in 1 minute and made a perfect new key! No wedge being hammered into my brand new Truck! No jamming in a pump to wedge open the door! This guy went right in with a little key mechanism and had the door opened in NO TIME AT ALL ( less than one minute) with absolutely no damage to the door or lock! Professional, courteous and top shelf business. I have had to request services two times in the past few years. First was to have a car key cut and chipped for a Mitsubishi (small act of God to get the chipped key to talk to the computer in the car). Lockout Express handled the computer issues and made me key copies that worked like a factory keys. The second time I had to call, dumb me, in a hurry to get supplies in my vehicle for work, locked myself out of my own house. Again, Lockout Express was able to come over (very quickly I might add), and open my front door (anti pic lock....yeah ok) and get me back into my house. They opened the front door of my house as if they had my keys in their hand! If you need car keys made, locks opened, or any range of locksmith needs, CALL LOCKOUT EXPRESS! They truly are professional and 'good at what they do!'.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Lockout Express. They have the best prices and service of any locksmith I've used. When I called over the phone I spoke with Kathy who was extremely responsive in regards to getting back to me on some quotes in a timely fashion. She was professional throughout our interactions and even gave me a few tips on some lock issues I was having that helped me save some money! I also dealt with Brian in person when it came to getting a new chip key for my Dodge Challenger. He went above and beyond for which I greatly appreciate! Overall I couldn't recommend them enough.

Lockout Express really is the CHEAPEST, hassle-free way to go. The company is very polite right off the bat on the phone and they did not mind answering all of my questions. Their price was almost HALF of the dealers price, not to mention Lockout Express was the ONLY locksmith around (even the car dealers have to order the key and it takes FIVE BUISNESS DAYS) that even had keys and programming capability for European cars. Better than dealer quality without breaking the bank.

I was quoted through triple A that it would cost $400 to replace the cylinder switch and get the car working again. I found this reasonable if the entire part is replaced at a cost of around $250 for the part. However, I was told if they didnt need to replace the part and they could fix it that it would cost less. They did not replace the cylinder instead they fixed it by changing the cylinders (a much cheaper job). The entire task took an hour and a half. I was charged $400 for this even though the part was not replaced. $400 - $20 in parts = $380. $380 divided by the hour and a half it took is $253 per hour. They charged over $250 an hour for this job. I could have had the car towed to a mechanic and replaced for less than half what I was charged. This same service elsewhere has cost me less than $200 and locksmiths elsewhere with as good of reviews charge under $100 an hour. Beware they will bleed you dry.
