Originally called the 1-800# and they sent someone out in about 45 minutes who can in a personal vehicle. Shady. He then attempted to pry the door open leaving marks and damage to the door before saying he'd need to try a different method and cost more. I asked him to leave. Lock and Key was the next call and he was here in 15 minutes, used lock picks and opened the door in less than 10 seconds with no damage at all. That 1-800# is a joke. This guy knew what he was doing and did it great.

I locked myself out of my home and called them after the first placed I called didnt show up after telling me they could be here in a hour and supposedly local as well. I called lock & key next and was told they could be here in 20 mins, long and behold they were here in 5mins. They were honest, local and prompt. Go truly local it pays and you get treated like family with urgency and care. Thanks bunch and I know who I'll be doing business with it need arises again.

Just like the old days. This store made the key checked it worked in the truck literally. Clerk walked out to my vehicle because it's a chipped key. Above and beyond service. Only place I'll go for keys from now on.

I tried to get keys made here on multiple occasions, but nobody is ever there. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is, the place is always closed. They say they are open until 5:00pm and I have stopped by between 4:00 and 4:30 at least four different times and they are already closed for the day.

Wish I could give a review on actual service...Needed some copies of a key, so I googled locksmiths near me, they came up, open till 5pm...nah, got there at 430 and the 'out to lunch' sign said be back at 830am...my advice, call before you head there...He may have been out on a call helping a person in need, but you gotta have someone at the shop during business hours, right? Maybe next time...

Hard to find keys, but hard to catch hours. CALL before you go cause they for sure are not open till 5. Tried 2 times to get keys copied around 3:30 on 2 different occasions, no luck.
