Friendly, professional and quick is the best way to describe todays experience. Pricing was on para with big box companies providing the same service except you only have to come here once verses three times as is the case with the other places. Expectations were well met as I was referred here from two other local businesses.

Great! It was Sunday, I locked myself out of my house/car. It was freezing. The locksmith was there quickly, he was polite &professinal. He had to work awhile because it's an old lock.! He explained what he had to do. He gave me a card and left. I will use them again!!

'Friendly & professional & it helps the locksmith there knows his stuff!! I have a key that we have had copied @ Walmart, Lowes etc. Longs looked @ the key, told me what the mistake was & made me 3 working copies for what I paid for 2 copies @ the box stores. GREAT SERVICE!!
