I cannot say thank you enough! My daughter was stranded, lost her keys and was sick on top of it all. Having a 21 year old daughter can cause a great deal of anxiety sometimes. Knowing that there are still good people left in this world is comforting. Not only did he get her key made fast, he was kind and professional. Thanks again! I called to get a quote. He wasn't exactly friendly on the phone. It was also difficult to hear what he said with the background noise. Then he hung up on me. I called back, it rang a few times and then went to voicemail. Hanging up on your customers is very unprofessional.

Called 4 other 24 hr towing companies with no answer. Called Bill's Locksmith, got an answer and got my daughters car door unlocked within minutes. Jerry was on his way to another call, when I called, and he swung by my daughters car and helped her out real quick. Fast, Friendly, and affordable! They are 24 hours so that's a plus. They arrive quickly, and do a very quick thorough job. A bit pricy and don't always answer the phone but are very friendly.
