Normally when you get your truck towed you have to wait like an hour and a half and then the guy that usually comes is kinda scary. They were at my house in like 15 minutes. Brandon was the FUNNIEST nicest guy. I genuinely wish the car ride was longer. I laughed so hard the whole way to the repair shop. Ashton who answered the phone was a little ray of sunshine. Ive never had an experience like that and hopefully I never have to deal with car troubles again. But they made it easy and quick. 10/10 would recommend.

Had my truck break down on way to work on Highway 33 near Churubusco they were there almost instantly I understand they were probably around the area but I do not know that their service was excellent and they didn't charge you that much I will use them from now on as long as their service stays the same I recommend this place for Towing for anyone who wants a great service at a great price Thank You Blue Eagle for helping

It was my first time having to get our family car towed, so we had no idea what was in store. The driver who received our call was amazing for just his 2nd day of working. He made us feel comfortable and not making us feel stupid for our first time having a car issue. Plus their pricing is incredible and wonderful! Definitely not expensive at all!!! Overall, I would definitely use them again! I recommend them 100%

Justin was my driver today. He had initially intended on taking me a few miles and my destination was really 80 miles away and he was unaware of that. He did not have to take my call at that point but he took it to the kindest of his heart and did it for me. I commend the professionalism and respect for my situation.

My family and I just moved from Fort Wayne to Churubusco and I had to have my deceased grandfathers truck towed to my new home. This truck is not in good shape by no means but delivery driver John Powell was awesome, I say delivery driver because that's what he made me feel like it was, he made me feel like my grandpas truck was just as important to him as it is for me. He was very informative about what he had to do to get the truck off the flatbed. John was very polite and if I ever need a tow again I'll be sure to ask for him!! Broke down south of Fort Wayne on 24. Called my wife and my wife called Blue Eagle Towing. They were picking me up within 15 minutes. Towed the car all the way to Kendallville to the shop. This was a very good experience compared to what I was thinking it was going to be. Very quick, very professional and got me home. Thank you Rob and your company. My wife says the lady that answered the phone was professional and very polite.

We had my son's car towed off of the side of I-69. The lady taking the phone call was polite and efficient. The guy that picked the car up in a flat-bed was clearly experienced at doing this. He was careful and professional. Additionally, they were prompt. The time from which we called them to when the car arrived at the dealership was about 45 minutes.
