Wonderful customer service: friendly, helpful, respectful, lighthearted. Called initially with odd problem: Yakima Bike Rack locked and key missing. MIke Mantle, spoke to me on phone. Good directions given. Arrived to find easy parking. Mike helped me with problem and exceeded my expectations: cut 2 new keys for me promptly. This was the day after Christmas, but allthe personnel seemed relaxed, knowledgeable, helpful. Will definitely go back for all lock/ key needs. Did not think their prices were anything but fair. Thanks guys!!

Very helpful people. Went in to get new copies of keys for work. They weren't sure the keys would work, because apparently we have some obscure key size, and have been told this by other key places as well. So they made me 2 copies and didn't charge me for them, in case they didn't work. Well, the keys didn't work. They asked me to bring in the lock core and they would try to get one sized. We haven't had time to bring the core in yet, but I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to try and help.

Bought an OEM Kawasaki key on eBay for my MC. Stopped at Koehlinger this morning to get it cut. After the tech cut the key (and it worked), he told me no charge! I insisted but he said 'all I did was cut it'. What a great team of people. I use them for all our work stuff but wow - customer service does exist. Thank you guys!
