So bad!They said it would cost $99.00 on the phone to unlock my car and then tried to charge me $200.00 because it was a 'high security ford.'i said that's crazy and told them to leave.

Lied about the price. Said $99 on the phone to let me in my car and then wanted $299 once he came out to me because it was Sunday night and there was an emergency fee. I asked him why they didn't tell me about the fee on the phone and he said it was a new policy. I ended up paying but will be filing a complaint with the BBB. call charlie from lock and key llc instead it's local, offers great pricing, and will not rip you off like these guys will!

Took them 2 hours to get to me after they said 20 minutes. Then when they showed up they wanted to break my locks and said it would cost more to break them! The bill was $600 after they left!!!

Great service and amazing rates! The only place open on a much needed Saturday. I called at 9am for an appointment needing 3 locks replaced and by 1pm they had come and gone!!! I am so happy with the thorough service I received I definitely will use United Locksmith again!
