We had come downtown for a birthday celebration, locked keys in car. Was told by roadside 45 min., He called in about 15 min and was there in about 25 min. Nice man, professional, went right to it, took about 2 minutes. I recommend this local business man to everyone. Lock outs, jump start, out a gas, flat replacement.

I locked my keys in my car in indy after parking to go run errands. After a few google searches I gave them a call and they were able to come to my car in 30 minutes, and spent less than a minute unlocking my car, all for a cheap price! The guys that came out to help me were extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend their services if you ever get locked out of your car in the Indianapolis areas.

I have to give a huge thank you and 5 star rating to Auto Response. My door lock to my 2015 BMW i8 broke inside the door and the battery went dead (the car is basically all electric) . I called few other locksmiths to help me out and all responses were 'you need to call BMW dealer'. Called Auto Response and he had no hesitation to come take on the task. He wouldn't give up no matter how hard and how much sweat poured. When i saw that door pop open i couldn't do anything but jump and give dude a hug. 1000000% recommend him. Thanks again man seriously...

They were fast! I was downtown at circle center mall in the parking garage. Not only did they get there fast but they open the car in under two minutes. Great company and if I get in trouble again I will be calling them.

Im a student at iupui. I found these guys on google maps and i chose them because they had a base price of $45. They didn't add any extra fees or try to up the cost when they arrived like a lot of these places do. They kept it honest! On top of that, they were fast too! Im definitely using them if i ever need help again!
