I had a gentlemen come out tonight to unlock my vehicle and he called me and told me was coming out without giving me pricing. I asked him to please verify his charge and when he got there he went from $90 to $200. He brought a window pump that barely worked and a metal rod covered in white tape. This rod was entirely too thick and he could not get in between the window. He then offered to make a key for $200 which I immediately refused. He then offered to pick the lock for $125. He did not have the correct equipment to begin with to unlock the door the correct way. I am disappointed in his quality of work and his immediate jump in prices without a real attempt to open the door the traditional way. These locksmiths should be held to a high standard of customer service and should have set p[rices without trying to change it once they are there. He drove a white minivan. I am however grateful we were able to get in the car. I do not appreciate the change in prices and his unprofessional-ism .

The owner clearly explained the information that I needed in order to get a keycode to have a new key made. I highly recommend this business!

Made an appointment with these guys for Saturday however they called me on Friday (the day IiI made the appointment) to see if I was available for them to come. So they can definitely do the same day no problem. Gentleman that came to my home this morning was very nice and professional got my fob programmed and my key cut in about 15 minutes. Also, out of everyone I checked these guys gave me the fairest price. I had already bought a 2011 Nissan Altima key fob and uncut emergency key from a different website they only charged me a little over $100 to program the fob and cut the key where everywhere else was quoting me between $150-$250!Great guys, wonderful prices, just an AWESOME business!

My daughter lost her key to her 14 Chrysler 200Steve came out on news years day and remade a key fob and a valet key After Steve left we realized that the fob didnt have the button for remote start . Steve said he had to order a new fob and would contact me when it came in ,two days later he called and said he had the fob and would come out to program it wish he did and works perfect . The quoted price was $160 over phone for a new key ..the fob was an additional $40 which was more than reasonable . For those that think they over paid can call a dealership and will pay much more !Will definitely recommend this company to family and friends! Exceptional customer service

Duh me, I locked my keys in the car! I was in dire need of my door unlocked as I needed to get to an important meeting. I called Mobile LockSmith gave them the make and model of the car and my contact. Less than 2 minutes later the mechanic STEVE called to tell me he was on his way. In 15 minutes, yes 15 minutes he arrived and 5 minutes (maybe less) the door was unlocked. The price was affordable as he was very understanding and made it happen for me. I appreciate his service and I believe you will too!!! Ask for STEVE!!!

Everything seemed fine at first. I received an estimate that seemed to be the standard for opening up a car door. Technician called me and said he was on his way. Google Mapped the place and it was 12 minutes away as of the call. Over 30 minutes later he arrives. Then does a pretty standard inflate the door and pry the locking mechanism into an unlocked position. Get charged almost triple the amount of the estimate. My total was $144. Called back and they said that the price is up to the technician. Nice people, but nice is expected, not above and beyond. This is a horrible systemUpdate: owner responds in an extremely misleading fashion. $50-$250 is extremely dependent on the job, and that $50-$250 is for all locksmiths. The low end of that amount, the $50, is a locksmith quote, not an amount that you would pay a friend to do it or something, because you are dealing with someone who is a professional. However, that low amount is also for when a job is performed that could be done by someone who is not a professional, i.e. something as simple as prying the car door open and sliding in a long metal rod to pry the lock to an unlocked position. Mine was not a job that requires $144. Had I needed a new key, or if something had to be replaced, I would expect that, but for something this simple, absolutely not. The worst part is I'm a full time, broke college student, and I'm also in the military, and yet even then they still don't have the heart to give a fair price. The locksmith was extremely late on top of all of this. This place needs to be shut down. If anyone is involved in law and sees this, absolutely check this place out. No one deserves to deal with this business

Never been compelled to leave a review before, but had to give Steve a shoutout for amazing service, on Christmas Eve no less. My mom was locked IN her house (yes, in) and after calling several other locksmiths who didnt seem too willing to come out, we tried this place. Steve was prompt in calling us back and got here in 20 minutes. He quoted fair prices and was very friendly. Thanks Steve and Mobile Locksmith!

We purchased a late model car with one Fob. I had purchased a replacement fob, but thought it better to have Mobile Locksmith program it and cut the key. Within 2 hours of contacting Mobile Locksmith the job was completed. I left a tip for such great service.

Call the customer and talk to them please. They are real people and usually when they are calling for your help their day is going pretty bad.

Really expensive and they only take cash. They definitely helped me out of a jam so I feel bad giving them such a low review, but it took under 2 mins to unlock my truck and it was $140. Any other time I've known anyone to use a similar service it has not exceeded $90. This price and the cash only just seems extreme.

The tech showed up very quickly and did the job very quickly. After looking at other reviews and my own experience, you'll never pay the $45 quoted minimum price. I paid $125 for about 1 minute of work. They definitely mislead with the $45 price possibility. But, the car was unlocked and done quickly.

I was at work and my keys fell off my keychain. It was my last key. It was on New Year's Eve and I had another job to go to. They answered my call quickly and within 5-10 minutes the technician arrived. He was able to have everything ready under 1 hour. I now have a better key and new fob that works! I was locked out of my house due to the electricity being out from a storm. Called was quoted $19 service fee and price would start at $65. Tech called said he would be here in 35 min. 40 min. Later he called again and said he would be 10 min. 15 min. later he showed up wanting to see all of my doors. He couldn't understand why I was locked out. Eanted to know where the keys were. I told him inside the house. I always use the garage door. Have never needed the keys. When the power goes out you can not use the garage door opener or open the garage door from the outside.I took him to the front door, he barely looked at the lock and said it would be $190 plus the service fee. He said hemsy have to drill it out and then it would be more. I told him no, that should be an easy lock to open. He then raised his voice at me telling me he may have to drill it and it would be more. I told him I would call someone else, I dod not trust him to do the job in the simplest way. He ssid he came a long eay and the fee would be $30. Not the quoted $19. I gave him $40 cssh and ssked for my change, he immediately got one the phone and was telling whomever he was talking to I dodn't want to have the service done snd he didn't know why. He kept trying to get me to let him unlock the door, i told him I did mot trust him and he needed to leave my property. It took him a minute to realize I was ignoring his plea to do the work and calling someone else.Very misleading on quotes for srevoce over the phone. I get it, over the phone, you have no idea what kind of lock they will be dealing with but there should be a standard range. Looking at thexother reviews, it looks like I sm not the only one that was mislead on pricing.I still do not trust that the simplest,least expensive job would have been done.

Called them at 9:10 PM on October 17, 2018. A pleasant sounding lady answered and asked what my problem was. I told her I locked my keys in the car, and that I had to pick up my wife from work. She took my name, phone #, and make & year of my car. She said someone would call in 10 or 15 minutes.I woke up IN MY CHAIR at 6 AM this morning still locked out of my car, and STILL waiting for a call!! BEWARE of these people, they will LEAVE YOU STRANDED! I'm only giving them one star because if you don't leave at least on star you can't post a review. F-!!

Spoke w/ dispatch, explained what I needed, asked for estimate; was told the technician would call and give me price. Explained needed to include key WITH door lock, trunk and alarm - $250. Guy finished work gave me a generic key! He said he did not know what I wanted and it would be $350! I spoke to dispatcher AND tech - COMPLETELY SHADY! RIP OFF!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! When I called, they told me $19 service call & $45 for the actual service. The guy gets here, pops my lock open & says $125. On top of that they wanted to charge me extra money for using my debit card. I had to use cash. They did NOT mention this on the phone. I have a Kwikset Smartkey lock on my bedroom door. He popped it open in less than 60 seconds.

Lifesavers! Okay, maybe just day savers but still amazing. There was less than an hour between when I called and told the dispatcher I locked my keys in my car and when I was back in my car with keys in hand. James was friendly and did a great job quickly, and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. Even though I hope I never need that exact service again, they are tops on my list if I do.

Igor. Came out today and only took a second to get us in our storage room at Wingstop! Thanks. Small complaint though. Over the phone he said $60 then after he finished he said $80. He said he did an extra job without asking if it was ok and then tacked on $20 more bucks. I wasn't having. I didn't ask for the extra job and settled to do a google review.
