I usually end of going to the one on East side of town smaller store, great service. But when i do go on West side Greeter Jim always brings a smile to my face. Either store prices can be a little high but saves than having to go to Michigan City if one don't have to.

After waiting 5 days they cancelled my online order while holding my money and claiming it was 'being prepared'. Skip free curbside pickup it's a waste of time. Feels like I'm dealing with a company stuck in the 90s. The best part is it still shows the item in stock online.

If you can't get something handle at the ACE on the west side. Lisa at the Eastside ACE won't tell you no or we can't or we won't. Instead of watching a whole sale walk out the store she will try to help you and at least make a half of a sale and help you out unlike the big one on the other side of town they don't care to make a half of a sale they'll let you walk right out Frustrated and mad knowing they could help you. THANK GOD THEY STILL HAVE LISA AT ONE OF THE STORES they better hope she don't leave. Thank lisa for your help.
