Excellent service! Had slid into a curb on some ice and smashed in my passenger wheel, sadly for the life of me can't remember the guy's name due to shock, but he came promptly to tow me the rest of the way home, gently loading me up and dropping me off so as not to cause anymore damage. Charged me next to nothing. Was also very knowledgeable about the damages and where to go to get the work done cheap or how to do it myself and where to get the parts. Thank you SO very much!

I threw my car into a ditch a few weeks ago. Any other Tow company wouldve ripped the car straight out and called it a day. Shaw took his time and pulled my car out without a scratch on it. Highly recommend.

Supposed to be the company that gets rid of cars from my apartments parking lot that dont have passes and claims to be open 24 hours but yet complained About the time I called. And why wouldnt you want every call? Towing cars is how you make your money regardless of what time it is or who is making the call.

I was having a terrible day and locked my keys in the truck. I called them and they were there in 10 minutes and let my son help them unlock it. And the sweetest part was he didnt charge me. You dont even know what a blessing it was. Thank you so much! You guys rock!

Canceled a tow for us without notifying us. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the side of the road in Indiana 80 miles from home. Wouldn't rely on them to even know where Indiana even is, and they're in the state. A joke of a company. I'd recommend avoiding at all costs. It's not worth it.Edit: cute that the company is trying to put the blame on my roadside assistance service. They got no updates and when we called, Shaw's played dumb with us. Enjoy your sinking ratings.

My car broke down on our way to our vacation. It was very stressful because it was hot outside and I had my two hung boys with me. One of my boys is autistic and this was all very traumatic for him. We were stranded on a Saturday and nothing was open to receive my car. The driver Jack was so patient and helpful. He really was the only bright spot during the whole ordeal. He took good care of us. If you ever need a tow Shaws is the best. He took care of us and followed up promptly afterwards. I wish more businesses ran like this. Thank you Shaws!

These are your guys!!! They came out in 15 minutes on Thanksgiving Day and provided the most professional service I've ever received. Charged much less than I expected, would recommend to anybody. They can handle big trucks and combination vehicles too.

Amazing service! Popped a tire on the day of moving into my new home and the man who came was a lifesaver! Had everything ready to drop my car off at sears even though sears was closed at dropoff. He even took my keys and filled out a letter and dropped my keys in sear's drop box and made it possible for my car to be worked on immediately the next morning. Recommend to absolutely anyone.

I locked my keys in my truck while visiting my wife at La Porte hospital. When I called they said they'd be there in 15 minutes. I called back 45 minutes later and asked where they were. He said he got tied up and was on his way. He showed up less than 2 minutes later unlocked my door and wouldn't let me pay him, because he said he was late. Awesome people with awesome service. I would recommend their services to anyone.
