My son's older Ford truck needed a new chip key. We thought we'd have to have it towed to a dealership for reprogramming but I called Michiana Lock just to be sure. The gentleman came out same day and had it replaced in less than 15 minutes. Very quick, professional and thorough. Explained to keep the old key just in case this happens again. Highly recommend!!

Needed my car key replaced with a specific type of key. I have an old vehicle that needs a key with a big flat metal head that you have to really jimmy to turn. Lowes couldnt help (only had plastic-y keys) but I stopped by this place. They had exactly what I needed, were very helpful, and I was in and out in just a few minutes.
