So picture this: I purchase an Ultraloq KeyPad from Amazon only to find out it won't work on my door. I call up about 10 Locksmiths and all of them tell me it's the wrong KeyPad and obviously they all want me to purchase a new one from them. Biggest nightmare for anyone in this situation.So here flies in Ace Safe & Lock Co. Just like the other Locksmiths they confirm the KeyPad is wrong but unlike the others they Offer to customize KeyPad to fit the door. This was serious work. They had to build me a custom strike plate, custom screws but as you can see in the pictures, I'm the only person in the neighborhood with a KeyPad on a gate.Our home is a 5 Star Ace Safe & Lock Co. Our guests can't stop raving about how easy it is to check-in. This really makes a difference and they will always be our go-to Locksmith.

These people are amazing! I broke my ONLY key in half and was desperate to find someone to make me a new key. They were able to make a key from two pieces and saved me so much time and money! They are also very kind and provided me with great customer service!

I recommend you keep looking. Are used this locksmith to rekey all the locks on my house when I moved in. Today I am locked out of my house because two of the locks they did not actually re-key, and someone locked them when I had them in the house doing work, they are locks I don't typically use myself. When I called they said they had no one available that could help me today, apparently working after hours is no longer a thing. Even when I told them my issue is because they did not do their job right in the first place. I also asked the woman if she could recommend someone else for me to call, her answer was no.

This place is a joke. I paid up front to have a key made for my car. 2 weeks later still no key. I would call to see what was going on and they would say they would call me back and never did. Very unprofessional. I had to get my money back. Save your time and money by avoiding this place.
