Best place in town to get your locks fixed the women behind that counter know what the heck they're doing been doing it for years if you need little part they don't even charge you very excellent customer relationships I can't write this with no higher but I would give it a 10

I locked my keys in my car (running. I know) and called around. I just googled my options and went down the list calling and getting quotes. The average price to get my car open was $67 with at least a three-hour wait. I got to Des Moines Lock Service and was greeted kindly, told they would have someone out in half an hour. When Zach arrived he was super friendly. We chatted while he opened my car, and was $15 cheaper than everywhere else. I'm not sure why he wasn't higher on the search list but I'm super grateful I found him.I highly recommend this place. So much quicker, friendlier, and cost effective than the others options.

Pulled into parking lot at 4:45 pm to get a dead bolt lock fixed. Sign said closed posed hours said open tell 5pm. Oh well found another lock shop open and ready to serve.

Des Moines Lock Service did an amazing job at our office! He showed up on time, completed the job in a very timely manner all while being very professional. I had the unfortunate circumstance of using another Locksmith about a year ago and had a horrible experience from start to finish. I have used Des Moines Lock Service again already and was impressed yet again. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future when needed.
