I would HIGHLY recommend using Metro if you are ever in the unfortunate need for a locksmith. They were fast, professional, and very personable. Roy clearly knew what he was doing and was passionate about the work he did. I needed a new key made for my car, they had the key in stock and were able to cut and program it and get me out of there in less than half an hour. They turned what was a horrible day for me into a great one thanks to their friendly and knowledgeable employees. Thanks a lot Metro! I would give you more than 5 stars if I could. I will be referring anyone I know in need of a locksmith to you!

I purchased a key fob for my car, because the one that came with it was in bad shape.Unbeknownst to me, a driver needs 2 programmed key fobs to program a third.The leaflet that came with the new one suggested I would be in need of a specialized locksmith per their own recommendation - the nearest one to me is in Omaha.I looked up locksmiths in the area and found Mike's Metro Lock & Safe. I emailed them to see if they would be able to take care of it and they said they could. Within 2 minutes of me walking in the gentleman there got it working! All for about $50!!I highly recommend!! Mike's Metro Lock & Safe!!

Needed a key made for my car without the original which can be expensive. I called other places and didnt get an answer but Metro responded quickly and got the key made in under 30 minutes. Very polite, reasonable price, and they dont try to up-sell you on things you dont need. Great service and (hopefully) I wont need them again but I highly recommend to anyone who does.

If you are in dire need of a locksmith- this is the place to go! My dog got ahold of a key fob and destroyed it, Metro had someone out to help me the next afternoon, the same day I called. They were prompt, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced my 2016 Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend!

Thank you!!! Got my keys locked in while the engine was running and I cleared snow off. The first locksmith that I called kept me in limbo for over 20 minutes before I recieved a call back that they weren't coming due to the snow. Waste of time. What a fantastic experience! Chun San arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with! Chun knew exactly what he was doing, and did it in a timely manner. The dealership quoted me $600!! For a new key, NOT including towing! Chun was able to unlock the car, reprogram a new key, and drive to my house all for $320! 10/10 reccomend Metro Lock & Safe for anyone that is looking for an auto locksmith!

I can't tell you how happy I am with Mike's Metro Lock and Safe. We thought we were going to have to tow my car to a dealer when the ignition locked up. Mike's was able to come to us, fixed up the ignition, and got my car going again, and for a substantial savings! We also had them replace one of our keys. Since the electronics still worked, it was just falling apart they were able to reshell it for less than half of a new key from the dealer. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions didn't make feel dumb. I could not be more thrilled.
