Excellent customer service! I have taken my phone in about 4 times since January and they are extremely helpful every time. They go above and beyond. My charging port isn't working so Dave offered to charge it at the store so I could use it for another day until I can get it fixed. Definitely recommend them. Dave really enjoys his job and does everything to help customers.

I went there like a year ago with a phone that has so many issues it was like a new thing every few days they were super sweet and cared so much for the service they provided they pulled out all the stops for me and I really appreciate I got a new phone right after they helped me those many times and if this one shuts down like the other this is the only place I wanna take it because the dude was super easy to talk to and told it to me in a way I could understand Also it took me a year but I still feel like this review needed to be said

They gave instructions on how to troubleshoot the problem I was having with my phone. When I was unsuccessful and brought it in, I received excellent customer service. Unfortunately 2 days later I experienced more problems. I informed them and was told to bring the phone back and they repaired it again at no cost. The problem was by no means their fault but they still made it right. That's good business and customer service.

Awesome service! Loved how the staff took the time to explain to me why my phone wasnt charging. Loved how they showed me how they can tell whether a phone needs a new chord or a battery.

After being ripped off by the other cell phone repair place in town, I came here and they fixed my phone quickly, And they actually did the repairs I was charged for. Also I came in with a couple of simple problems, and as I had been there before, they helped me out quickly with no charge. The guys running this particular store are awesome, and anytime I have problems with my phone I take it here. Id recommend it to anyone.
