Our driver was the best! He made a bad night so much better after my friend and I were involved in an accident. He made sure we got to a destination and we were safe. I cant thank him enough. The women in the office was very nice and helpful when we came to get the items out of the car and made sure we had everything we needed.

I was involved in an accident and had a great experience with both the driver and the office staff. Billy, my tow truck driver, was pleasant and made a horrible night much more tolerable. He offered to drive my passenger and I to her house after the accident and even lowered the bed again to help me retrieve a few more items I left in the car at the scene of the accident. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you Overland Tow!

I have not had a better experience with a tow service. They went above and beyond my expectations. The gal that answered the phone was extremely helpful, and directed us to the manager for our unique situation. The manager was extremely courteous, and had empathy for our situation. He delivered what he promised with precision and integrity. The driver showed up with a smile and ready to help. Being from out of town we didnt know what to expect. I contacted Overland Tow and talked with the receptionist/dispatcher and explained my dilemna of needing a tow to the dealership (and at a reasonable price). She quoted a price based on my location in western Johnson County to the Acura dealership in Overland Park. I inquired about whether they would accept a coupon from another Tow Service since they had no internet coupons at the moment. After she checked with the owner, she informed me that they would honor the coupon from the other company. So, they were hired! Nate, the driver, arrived at my location on time. He was pleasant, professional, and well able to answer all my questions. I like this company and the people I spoke with today from this company, and I will use them again if I need another tow!

When I called Overland Tow Service (due to locked keys in the car) I thought it would be a while before someone would be able to help me. Luckily I was locked out near an eating establishment. So I ordered my food and prepared to wait a couple of hours (at least from previous experience from an un-named towing company). I was surprised and equally happy to receive a call from the driver stating he was 5 minutes away. When the driver arrived, he was very friendly (professionally), and made me comfortable. He was quick, patient and knowledgeable. THANK YOU! For a great experience, and I hope I don't ever have to call again, but if I do, I have your number saved in my phone.

Arrived sooner than expected and I waa kept informed of this by the dispatcher who made part of an awful day a little easier. The driver I feel was so professional and considerate. Oh. And it waa a dollar less than i was quoted .

I cannot find enough words to express how wonderful this company is. They were kind, friendly, prompt, the driver was extremely skilled and made us feel at ease. I will NEVER use another service EVER again. I have put them in my cell phone on my favorites list. The owner even followed up with a phone call and a text afterwards.

The manager/ owner Laurie is by far the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with. My car was towed for weather conditions (that never happened) after being on the highway for less than 8 hours and she told me if you have a problem with it speak to Highway Patrol. Unfortunately I didnt have a choice in who towed my car, but if you are looking for a tow, I would absolutely not go through this company. Force our small business owners to EARN their business and not just have it handed to them.

Billy and Overland Tow are my go to towing service when my truck has problems. They are quick, polite and very empathetic to your plight while being reasonably priced. Unfortunately, my truck has had problems twice and needed to be towed home. Both times I was fortunate to have Billy as my operator. Truly a great guy with a great sense of humor and a truly caring individual. If you need a tow, give Overland Tow a call.

The office staff is rude and unprofessional in every way possible. They wanted to charge me $650 for a tow which is a complete rip off. The price was reduced to $350 which is still unethical and not charged by any other towing companies in Kansas City. The office staff needs to learn effective communication skills to talk to customer correctly and not make a bad situation worse. I will never recommend this tow company to anyone and hope the management team helps the office staff develop people skills.

I have used Overland Tow several times for my business. They have always been very respectful, reasonably priced, and fast. Uncommon for tow companies. The last time I needed a truck towed, I called another company because they were just around the corner from where the truck was. They wanted to charge twice as much and told me the wait would be twice as long as Overland Tow. I rarely write reviews(although I should more), but I made the effort to write this review. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of having good reviews, but only when they're deserved. In my experience, Overland Tow has earned it!

Rude to deal with, they over charge, and deceitful about what they are doing with your car. Was supposed to take car to insurance lot and took it to theirs so they could rack up storage fees. Crooked as far as I know.

My husband was in an accident and we needed a tow at 10pm the lady gave me a time frame and the driver showed up earlier than stated. The drivers name was Billy and is the nicest tow driver I have ever met! So very kind! Amazing job!!! 10/10 would recommend!
