having my own business that involves me driving around on a daily basis from location to location it's good to have someone you can count on; In situations where you lock your keys in your van which I do quite frequently. After its happened a few times I decided to purchase a spare, and stuck it under my van, but it fell off one day. I decided to call Overland Lock and Key for the first time, they came out faster than anyone else in the past, and most definitely opened up my van much faster than anyone else has ever done so. By fast I mean 5 minutes or less, which is important for someone like me who has places to be. I will go back and purchase another spare as before, but if I ever happen to lose it again, or if I ever happen to need similar service, I will always call Overland Lock and Key from now on. Fast and friendly.

Excellent service, fair prices, no nonsense staccato service. They wrestled with the arcane firmware in my Volkswagen Jetta, reset my factory ECU at no cost, and got my keys to work beautifully, for a fraction of what the dealers charge. I recommended them to a friend with a BMW last week. Good job!

Had two two deadbolts re-keyed. Asked for the price when I walked in. Got an immediate price quote. The job was done in about 10 minutes. A friendly, knowledgeable group. A very reasonable price. Great service. One of the few locksmiths that still has a store. Great experience.

Local family business! Very knowledgeable and were able to cut me keys that i couldn't find anywhere else! Extremely fast, I had 8 keys cut and was in and out in 5 minutes and that includes talking with the man up front for a few. Ill never go to Walmart or a hardware store for keys again, they earned a customer for life!

Called to ask if they can duplicate a motorcycle key (which they dont, which is fine) and had a question about a house key as well. The woman answered with Wait on hold and immediately placed me on hold for three minutes. When she returned on the line immediately said We dont do motorcycles and hung up on me. I had another question about a standard key but I guess she was too busy? Really unprofessional and rude.

Barely 1 star if that was possible. I referred them as a reputable business and my client called, only to be told they aren't really interested in helping her. So I called to follow up and see what the issue was and the guy who answered said, and I quote, 'Well maybe she is a nutcase and I don't help nutty people'. I'll never understand a small business that isn't 100% focused on customer service. Just close up shop if you aren't willing to help. They will certainly not be on my list of Approved Vendor's.

I was working on a door lock and the interior cylinder fell out. A couple of the pins and springs fell out and I couldn't get them back in. I visited Overland Lock and Key's physical location and the locksmith at the counter replaced the fixed length pins and springs, only charging me for labor (the total was under $12). It took less than 10 minutes. They saved the day!
