Showed up quickly. Dakota offered to jump the vehicle, and advised that sometimes our model will not take a charge from another vehicle. Hooked up to our van and it started right up. Still offered a tow and to follow us to the shop. Dakota was professional and courteous, would recommend again.

The young guy that did my tow had about 2 plus years working there... he knew his way around the truck pretty well, was very professional ... would be 5 stars except for the lady that took the calls kept hanging me up before I finished talking multiple times.. maybe it was the phone system or maybe it was her... either way needs to be improved ... the lady was still very nice just seemed very occupied .. so much that she was quick to hang up or like I said maybe it was the phone

Blew out a tire this afternoon and Kidd's was the towing company sent to me by roadside. They were onsite promptly, and Robert was incredibly personable and a great help. He had my tire changed and had me on my way very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need.

Excellent service. I broke down on I70 late at night. The tow truck driver found me incredibly easily, AND I only waited 30 minutes. To compare I've had to wait at least 90 minutes for a tow in the past.This is BY FAR the best tow service I've ever received.

Service was excellent. Driver came all the way from Salina to Saint Mary's l. Was very professional, knew what he was doing and was very careful not to damage the car when loading or unloading. Lots of tow companies could care less if they ding or scrape your car during the loading and unloading process. Had a great experience with the company ( and Andrew I think is name was). Would highly recommend.

Man yesterday was a rough day for me, I had a rear tire blow out at highway speeds and slid straight into a ditch. On top of that it was bitter cold, 0 degrees my thermometer said. I was in a bind in a bad way, so I looked up tow companies in Salina and found Kidds. These guys were lifesavers! They said the wait would be about an hour...30 minutes later Justin pulled up in his truck. We got my car extracted quickly, he cut me a great deal, AND helped me change my bad tire out so I was able to drive myself home! We both suffered through the bitter cold, but Kidds made a bad situation as good as it could be. Hopefully you don't need a tow, but if you do, call these guys FIRST!

I had them tow a car after an accident. I asked at the scene of the accident to have the vehicle towed to another location in town. He told me it would be cheaper to just let him take it to their lot. So I agreed and said I'd be by to pick the car up in the morning. I stop by in the morning to get the car and the story has completely changed. I now owe them 2 days of storage at $40 a day. Even though the car had been in their lot for 12 hours. They go by calendar day, so if your vehicle is in their lot at 11:55pm they will charge you for a full days worth of storage. Then when you go to pay, they only take cash, no debit cards, or checks. And you have to bring exact change, since apparently this business doesn't have a cash register even though they only take cash. Don't use this business! They will lie and cheat you out of every penny they can.

Its not very often these days you can say a company has good people that put others well being before profits. My brother laid his motorcycle down in front of their office and they immediately came to help and even held the bike overnight to make sure he got the medical attention needed. My cars enginge was overheating, so I called the only towing service open late which was this one. They did not confide to me that the flat-rate for intown towing was $55.00 (I was only 1.5 miles away from home). I informed the driver I did not know it would cost this much, so he called the dispatcher to ask why she didnt announce the price initially and she hung up on him. He did nothing to rectify my situation or even discount the price. Avoid giving these people your business.

I got stranded in Ellsworth needing to get back to Salina. At first AAA dispatched someone from Hays, saying they would be there within the hour. An hour and a half later I called back to get an update on the driver who apparently was still fifteen miles away. When he did finally get there we couldn't get my spare loose and already had passengers and a vehicle loaded on his truck so he couldn't even help me. When i called AAA back to tell them about the situation they sent a new driver, Justin, from Kidds in Salina, which they should have done in the first place and will be getting an email about. Justin called me as soon as i was off the phone with AAA saying he was on his way. He was there as soon as possible and got me and my vehicle back to Salina safely. Very pleased with Kidds, not pleased with AAA.

At an awful time they were a bright light! I live in JC and broke down as soon as I got into Salina. Did A LOT of calling around...they were the cheapest out of the 2 companies that would tow that far and take me and my kids back in the cab. Dispatch was super nice and helpful and aside from the lower price they could get to us sooner and just seemed like they cared a lot more!Our driver....Justin was super nice, understanding and reassuring. He offered to stop so we could get food/drinks if we needed to. Great conversation.....truly a nice guy. He not only dropped my car off at the shop, he took us home so I didn't have to arrange to be picked up when we got to town!I would 100% recommend them to anyone in my situation!

Greatest Tow Company in Salina. They are about the customer and making a bad situation into a positive situation. Office Manager in Salina is as professional and Sweet as can be. She is willing to stay and help even after her shift. Always there to help the customer out. Hands Down there is no other tow company in Salina that has this level of Customer Services from the Dispatchers to the Drivers.

The office is professional and was willing to help me out due to an issue with the towing request. However, the person who showed up to tow the car was a whole different story. He did not act or look professional and harrassed me until I asked for my keys back to cancel my tow. I knew my car would not be in good hands with him and would not trust the company even though the office lady was very nice and helpful.

Very poor. That little fat rollie pollie Aaron tried to get with my wife. I called the company for a tow and they sent this guy who told my wife she would get the tow for free if my wife did sexual favors for him... very pissed off!!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Broke down between I-35 and hwy 70. The police called them for me and they quoted me $130 to tow me 5 miles then charged me $160. I spoke to others and this is literally highway robbery. They quoted me $625 to take my car 100 mile or $6 a mile. I called around and their rate was twice as much as others. Not impressed.
