I was given assurance over the phone that their locksmith could re-key the locks & dead bolts to our home so only ONE key would be required. Our repair was done at our convenience & the locksmith, Tim, was extremely pleasant & professional. Our doors required extensive modifications. I would never have imagined how much work & effort was made by Tim to ensure that we were TOTALLY satisfied. We got FAR MORE service than we paid for. It truly made me feel bad but they wouldnt take a penny more than the quoted price. It is good to know that there are still businesses that work hard to maintain their customers trust & confidence. Quick response from locksmith, less than 20 minute response. Was told over the phone the price for lockout would be 60 in cash or 70 with card, i ended up using my card. However when i viewed my recipient they charged 90 and there wasn't any details as to why. Regardless, the price was worth getting back in my house even if they charged more than they said they would. Would still recommend and locksmith was very professional.

BGlocksmith showed up very quick even though we are way out in the country. Came prepared for all situations and accomplished them very quickly. Called him for one vehicle but asked to see if he could make spare keys for my other vehicles as well. He did a great job on all the keys and they all work very well. Thanks guys

After having supper at Rafferty's, I returned to my car only to find out that I had locked my keys in my car. I did a google search for locksmiths in Bowling Green and found BG Locksmith. I called and the gentleman on the other end was very nice and professional! He said he would be there in 12 to 15 minutes, and he was exact in his timing! He was able to get my keys out with no trouble and no damage to my car, in just a couple of minutes time! Super nice guy! I would highly recommend this company if you lock your keys in your car!

We just moved into our new home and were entering our home through the unlocked garage entry until we had all of our doors locks changed to the same lock. The door was inadvertently locked. I called BG Locksmith and he, I think his name is Tim, asked for the address and said 'I'll be there in 11 minutes.' He arrived promptly, gained access through the guard at our gated community entrance and had us in the house within minutes!!! He is very courteous and competent! I highly recommend BG Locksmith!!!

I came back from a shift at work and was unable to unlock my apartment from the outside the the person inside was unable to unlock it as well. I tried calling my maintenance people but with no response. I called Tim and the phone was answered immediately and he was at my apartment within 20 minutes. After showing up, it took about 10 minutes to fix the lock completely and make sure it was working the best it could. And it was much cheaper than I thought it would be, especially on a Saturday! Definitely call for any locksmith needs!

He was able to get to us in less than 10 minutes, and got the car opened for us in less than 5! He was so kind and professional - made us feel safe and relieved. He has a mobile credit card reader so you don't have to worry about having cash on hand, too. I keep BG Locksmiths saved in my phone for any future emergency!!
