I am so so thankful for Mr. Pat coming to our rescue. I was driving through from out of town and my car died on the highway. Sitting on the highway was nerve racking. He was there in no time, got us to safety and towed to the dealership. He even took the time to try and jump my car (once off the highway) just to see if that could get me home. It didnt work but I really appreciated the gesture and his kindness. I would highly recommend Burtons if youre ever in the BG area!!!!

I was very impressed and appreciative for the professionalism and personal attention I received while driving through Bowling Green. Michael responded to my request for a tow immediately. He was very careful in loading and unloading my car. He promptly took me to the dealership as promised at the price he had quoted in my first call. Michael even dropped me at my hotel at no additional charge. He made a very difficult experience as positive as possible. I give Burton Towing the highest possible review and recommend it to anyone who needs their services. Reliable, courteous, and client oriented. This is the way to run a business!!!

I have used Burton's twice now, and both Mike Jr. and Jared were great! The first time was after being treated very rudely and left stranded by a AAA contractor. We went out of pocket to use Burton's, and are glad we did. Burton's provided the complete opposite experience. They were very professional, efficent, and respectful throughout the whole process. On top of that, their prices are better then anyone else we have contacted. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was stranded with a blown water pump. Burton's towed my vehicle to a local repair shop. The driver was so polite and accommodating. Cant say enough about the quality and price!!

If you have to deal with Mikey run. I called to see about my car when I had questions for him he didnt want to hear he hung the phone up on. Not good customer services when it comes to towing peoples car. When I got my car back my registration and insurance was not in my car they had been in my car

211 5 stars reviews.....our driver forgot about us and went to another call. When he did come to get our Jeep, he left the key on the tire despite it being in the notes. He drove off and left the key sitting on the side of the road. Dispatch was king enough to drive and find the key though.

Had to call these guys on 10/18 for my sons car that was broke down. James called me back and said he was just a few minutes out and then called again when he hit the parking lot to make sure he knew where me and the car was. He introduced himself when he got there and asked what was going on. He took good care loading up the car and made sure it was secure. Took it to the dealer and made sure I was set with service before he left. He thanked me for my business and took off. I hope I dont need them again, but if I need another wrecker in BG Ill be calling these guys.

After dealing with a different towing company for 11 hours and having found out my car got towed to the wrong dealership I had my insurance company send Burtons to recover my car. They showed up with 15 minutes of the call. I highly recommend these folks. Very professional and honest. Will do business with them always from now on.

Michael was a really cool guy. My car was stranded with a blown engine and he came to the rescue really fast. It was a really reasonable rate for a tow outside city limits, I was just happy to see him when he pulled up. I was worried all the tow companies would be closed but thank god they were open 24 hrs! They only use top of the line equipment which made me feel relieved. I knew my car was in good hands. Plus Michael is just really awesome, and knew how to handle the situation. Hands down the best tow I've ever had to call. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Bowling Green area and beyond. Nobody can beat their world class service or prices! i wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks again!

I Locked my keys in my car at speedway on Campbell lane tonight. We Called and they gave the best price of all the people we called and were very friendly. The guy said it would be about 20 minutes and it only took maybe 7. If this ever happens again,(knowing my luck it will), this is who Id call no questions asked. Very friendly prompt service. Recommend to everyone!

I locked my keys in my car on a Sunday and I was worried about getting someone out there to help get it unlocked. Thankfully Burton's answered my call within a few rings. Michael knew where I was with only the description which was great as I was at a gas station and didn't know the exact address. He arrived promptly and had my car open in less than a minute! Excellent service! We were just passing thru Kentucky on a Saturday and had a flat tire on our boat trailer. Called for roadside assistance and they responded so quickly and very friendly. Got us out of a bind for sure...we went thru about 8 other companies that I googled...even called AAA...no help...then I saw Burton's on Yelp. Vacation life savers!
