I have never had such a GREAT experience from a company David and Justin you guys are life savers I want to thank you all for staying past closing time to assist me with a replacement key. David you went above and beyond to assist me and I truly appreciate it more than you will ever know. David not only assisted me with a replacement key but also helped me find towing for my vehicle my car was stolen from Indy and found in KY and I really had no clue on who to call. David not only assisted me but also got the tow company to drop the price for me as well. If you want GREAT professional service go to A Cheaper locksmith you will not be disappointed and the cost is affordable! They were truly heaven sent!

Contacted the office for new keys on my truck. Tech showed up in a few hours. Provided one key with a bad battery. Found out later the other key caused the power locks to lock, unlock and then lock again when the truck was driven. Contacted technician about the issue. He said he would correct it the next day when he brought the Battrie. Called for several days and he never showed. Called the office 12 days later. He showed with the battery. But the triple locking key has never been fixed. Good Luck if you call on them.

Cheap key but horrible service. They made me a key and told me i could program it easily i spent over $100 and david (owner) told me to google the directions how to program. Needless to say its been 3days and i still havent gotten my car key programmed

Great group of folks here! A factory key from my dealership was $425. They ordered, cut and programmed the exact same factory key for $160! I figured it was going to be a knock off key for the price. But I watched them pull it out of the factory box this morning. Great people!!! Will be back for all my future key needs.

I highly recommend A cheaper locksmith because of great pricing, quick response time and they actually answered the phone.They have come through for me twice.I originally did business with them several years ago when I was out of town on the day after Thanksgiving when I was unable to contact any other locksmith. A guy named Jay came through for me then to let the cleaning person in. I kept their number in my phone. The second time was when I lost the only key Fob, Blake came out and was awesome. They charge me $392 to make a new key fob, since I had lost my only one, added a back up key Fob and that includes coming to my house. Everybody elses prices were anywhere is from $400 to $500 and of course the dealer was $462 and that was just for one key fob. so I highly recommend A Cheaper Locksmith.

My parents live out in the country in Shelby County and last week lost the keys to their car. After two days of searching for their keys over the weekend on Monday morning I called two other locksmith services in the area and by 10AM had not even received a call back. THEN I CALLED A CHEAPER LOCKSMITH. At this point I would have paid any sum. They immediately answered the phone and listened as I explained the special needs involved as my father has difficulty hearing. I was quoted a fair price and scheduled the service. Within 20 minutes I received a call from their technician, Austin stating he was 30 minutes away. He was ringing their doorbell within 25 minutes! He was VERY professional and courteous to my parents. He had their car started with a new key and key fob within 15 minutes and then charged even less than we were quoted for the service. I was Highly Impressed! I'm not sure that a FIRE TRUCK could have gotten to my parents quicker from nearly 40 miles away! This business has EARNED my loyalty for any future locksmith needs and I will highly recommend them to ANYONE!

Rob came to unlock a stubborn, old deadbolt on my condo. It was an old mechanism that got locked accidentally after miscommunication with a plumber. Rob ended up having to drill the lock because it wouldnt unlock due to age/corrosion - and he even had a replacement to fit the hole so you couldnt tell. Im moving in a few weeks and will have Rob back to change my locks and will keep his info on file. I cannot recommend him enough.

I highly recommend this company. Rob went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and he was friendly as can be. He listened to what I needed and from those conversations was able to do even more than I expected. He made sure I knew what he was doing and explained everything along the way, he even taught me the inner working of locks. He was a little late for the appointment but contacted me beforehand and explained what was going on. He wanted to make sure he had all the right stuff for the job (which was a LOT) and had to make a trip to Lowe's to get additional supplies for my Job. Thanks again Rob and A Cheaper Locksmith!

I cannot recommend this locksmith enough. Not only does the guy running it (David) provide honest and excellent customer service he's very likely the best bargain in town. I priced Cook's, Klein's and Car Keys Express before I went to him and he was slightly cheaper than all of the rest. Initially I went to Bachman Chevrolet and while Bachman gave me a great deal on my key fob itself (they threw in laser engraving at no extra cost) they couldn't program the chip for my 2008 Saturn Astra XR. I went to A Cheaper Locksmith and David initially tried to get it programmed at no cost but my car wasn't capable of programming the chip. I was afraid David wasn't going to be able to program the chip either but he succeeded where the dealership failed. I could have saved time and money if I had just come to A Cheaper Locksmith first. As long as David is in business I'll never make that mistake again. A Cheaper Locksmith is now my go-to smitty. I'm glad I found him.
