Terrible customer service. Called around 1 and asked if they could unlock my car. The gentleman on the phone said they couldnt until 3:30. I told him that would be fine. At 4pm I hadnt heard from, or seen them, so I called them back. The man on the phone said they had tried to call me several times but couldnt get through. I have no missed calls, my phone has been on, and I have been in my office the entire time where signal is strong and clear. He then referred me to a different company to have my door unlocked. It is clear they forgot about me or didnt want my business. I am very disappointed with my experience with them today. I will now be late leaving work and to pick up my child from school. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rude woman behind the counter. Expected me to bring the door off my tuff shed so she could make a key. This terrible customer service is what puts the mom and pop shops out of business. I will never go there for anything again, and would advise others not to spend their money there. There are other locksmiths in Owensboro.

I bought my Volkswagen Jetta several years ago and, unfortunately, it only had one key. I had been meaning to make a copy, but had put it off for years since I was very careful with my key and the only way to lock them in the car was if you were actually inside of it, too. Unfortunately, a mistake was made today wherein I needed to jump the battery to my Jetta and the keys were accidentally left in ignition. Somehow, through an electrical glitch, the keys were locked inside! Desperate for a locksmith, I called the first number that popped up on a Google search for 'Owensboro Locksmith'. Allshops was the first to pop up and so I took a gamble. They answered and empathized with my plight. I understood that I was calling during lunch and that he probably wouldn't be able to help for another hour, but he was actually here within a reasonable amount of time. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. He actually told me what he was going to do and showed me how to do it myself in case it happened again. What's more, he unlocked my Jetta within minutes and all for a VERY affordable service fee. THANK YOU SO MUCH, ALLSHOPS!!! 5/5 would recommend!!!
