My truck needed to be towed over 100 miles. I was not with the truck. My tow driver called me when he was on the way to pick up, when he arrived, and even kept me informed each step. Would give zero stars if it would let me they where called out Friday for a jump start said ETA was 45 min but was actually hour and a half pulls up an van jumps the car then before making sure all is good high tails out. Needless to say car died. Had to call today for a tow to dealership to get car fixed they never showed up and called road side saying they couldn't tow because some how I owe them money for tires that I have know clue about. Save your time and use someone else's like 'Doug's auto & towing' they will be the ones I call or request in the future.

Have to say, in the midst of a bad situation, this company, and especially their driver, were so helpful and kind. I only wish I had gotten the man's name (he had a young child with him, if that helps narrow it down) who was driving. You were incredibly empathetic in our emergency and really helped us out of towners out. Thank you so very much! He deserves some recognition and a raise (hint, hint). This is a great company, so if you ever find yourself in a not fun situation and need this kind of help, this is definitely the company I would recommend.

My teenage son locked his keys in the car. I worked my way down the list of locksmiths and called two others before calling Talley's. One I got voicemail (24 hr service) and the other had to have $65 cash to open the car. When I called Talley's, the call was answered quickly and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and very helpful. He had someone there in less than 30 minutes, got the car open, and was able to accept payment via debit card. I now have Talley's saved in my phone and they will be my first call going forward.

If i could give Tally's Towing ZERO stars, I would. It was the first time for me to use road side assistance and I was a hugely disappointed with Tally's Towing service. My car wouldn't start and it was a very cold night, assuming it was my battery that was dead I called for a jump start. The guy came 1 hour later and was rushing and didn't connect the wires properly ,thus the car didn't start . He said that the starter might be faulty and I needed to call insurance again to get my car towed to a mechanic. I called the insurance 2 days later to have it towed to a mechanic who ran diagnostics to discover that it was indeed my car battery that was dead. The mechanic was able to jump start my car immediately, but because they ran diagnostics it cost me 80 dollars. The guy that Tally sent to me didn't do his job right and as result I lost money and time, Tally's Towing didn't reimburse me for anything and they were NOT helpful or friendly. I will never be using their services again due to this incident.

I had the unfortunate event of having to use a towing company to remove and tow my sons vehicle after a serious accident on This past Monday. I personally requested Tallys based on a past recommendation from a friend about how fair their services were. I left cash with my in-laws and left the scene in ambulance. I return home to find that Tallys charged me $225 to remove the truck from the ditch and tow it less than 1 mike to my home. Paid them cash so there was no waiting on claims. This was the same company that I was told loaded a car onto a roll back and hauled it to Calhoun Ky from downtown Owensboro for less than $55. I have no issue of paying for services but feel that $225 is very excessive for the amount of work done. When I called I was told that they were on scene before EMS and Law enforcement. That was only half true. Law enforcement was on scene when I arrived and I was there 20-30 minutes prior to Tallys arrival. It was true they were there prior to EMS. That was due to miscommunication from dispatch which I guess is my responsibility. Then I was told they had a lot of trouble loading the truck. Again not true as I had many friends and family that remained on scene through the entire process. I really feel that we were taken advantage of in a very vulnerable situation. Needless to say I will not be using nor recommending Tallys services to anyone in the future. Im not one to normally post negative reviews but felt that my personal phone call to Tallys directly was not taken with any concern for my disappointment.

Friendly staff but incredibly outrageous in price. Ran out of gas less than 10 miles from their shop and they charged $125 to bring me fuel and another $15 for the fuel. I'm left in shock and feel taken advantage of.

The people at tallys are true and understanding very very helpful whenever you have a accident and your vehicle is being towed and you have no transportation you are stressed out these people are very understanding helpful offered us a ride transportation to go get a rental car and went beyond the duties required from a towing service the guys at tallys or very polite and understanding even though the vehicle was told they still treated it like it was new awesome job

DO NOT USE!!! Driver Chad towed my semi. Didn't disconnect the transmission and burned it up. 10k damage and they are refusing to pay. Even have pictures as evidence. Total scum people. Trying to say I'm making things up. Tell everyone!!!!!Scum scum scum!!!!

I had never heard of Tally's Towing before my roadside assistance provider told me they were coming to tow my car but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived and loaded up my car. The driver was friendly and the most helpful tow truck driver I've ever encountered, which helped ease my anxiety in a stressful situation. I will request Tally's in the future if I ever need to call my roadside assistance company again.

I broke down 10 miles from Owensboro, called the roadside assistance on our Progressive card and the lady said I was 40 miles out according to her gps of me, my husband came and stayed with me until the wrecker arrived, I had to pay $109 before the wrecker came, the wrecker came after an hour an a half, he was very polite and knew what he was doing, towed the car to Pro tech mechanic shop and car was fixed. We are now fighting with Progressive for a reimbursement because of the false mileage that car was towed.

These people are crooks. Hooked to my car from behind to pull on a rollback. I watched the driver drag the front bumper on the pavement and damaged the bottom. They claim they didn't do it and would not take responsibility. Call someone else if you need a tow.

Its Me

Made a claim for a tow thru Geico. They acknowledged a driver was dispatched at 648pm. We get a call at 910pm saying they havnt dispatched yet. We told them nevermind that was ridiculous. Come to find out they claimed, and were paid, over $100 fron my insurance company for a tow they never did, yet claimed anyway. Terrible service and low down to claim a tow they never did. Currently disputing with Geico.
