He was definitely the best locksmith Ive came into contact with. My friend dropped her keys in between the elevator and by it being a small space and very difficult task to do, he went out of his way to get his fishing rod from home and retrieved the keys. He even stayed with us to make sure the keys still worked. You dont come across people who actually care about more than the money.

Outstanding customer service! I needed immediate help and they were out to my business in an hour on a Monday morning! If I could give more stars I would. 6 am in the morning I locked my keys inside my residence when heading out to work. On my last wind emotionally and physically then being denied help by Pop -a-lock and Lafayette Lock Smith due to not having technician's in my area......I got in touch with All Pro and he showed up right away without hesitation and was very understanding of my personal situation . Excellent and speedy service!!!! He thoroughly exhausted all of his resources and got my lock unlocked in a timely manner. Unbeatable price.

Oh my goodness, Marty is seriously an Angel sent to my family today. We were stranded halfway between New Orleans and home in Houston and found the car saying no key ??!!! What??? A few (dozen) phone calls led me to Marty with All Pro Locksmith and he said hed be there as soon as he could to help us make a key or start my car someway with a machine he had. He asked me to also check the trash at the gas station we had stopped at because although he was en route to help, years of experience had taught him the trash is where key-fobs often go astray. And just like that I felt God smiling at us; there was my key-fob, right where Marty said it would be. So many people I talked to early this Saturday morning were completely disinterested in helping, even to the point of being rude. But Marty was cheerful, polite, and extremely helpful! He didnt have to give me that advice, he could have just shown up and charged me to make a new key. But he pointed us in the right direction, and completely saved the end of our first ever road trip! Marty-I cannot thank you enough for coming to my familys rescue today!!

The only reason I am giving two stars is because this guy was able to program my key fob. It took him over an hour to get the key code to cut my key. I finally told him never mind that I will get it done later. Paid him with cash And he didnt even have change. NEVER AGAIN

Mr. Marty came to our rescue when others failed! After a night of being out on the town, we Uber'd back home to discover we'd left our keys inside. We called Pop a Lock but they stated they could not come out until 7am the next day. We scheduled it, only for them to come that morning and state we had a smart lock and only a locksmith could open our door. The workers vehicle stated 'locksmith' on the side so we were a little confused why he couldn't do it. He stated he was not a locksmith and that when all their locksmiths are busy they send him out to do minor jobs. He reassured us he would get someone out to us and left. After not hearing back from him over the next 30 minutes, we called the Pop and Lock back to learn they don't open smart locks at all. We then called Mr. Marty at All Pro Locks who came within the hour of being called. It took him about 10 seconds to open our door. We were locked out for hours but within seconds Mr. Marty gave us peace of mind. He was able to take card payments on the spot which was convenient for us. We thought he would have to take our doorknob off just to get in since it was considered a 'smart lock' but he was able to open the door with no damage. Mr. Marty was so friendly that my fiance almost forgot he was upset with me for leaving the house keys! I'd recommend this company any day over any competitors!

Locked my keys in the trunk and there was no trunk release. Pop-a-Lock was called, arrived, and promptly said they could not help despite being told exactly what needed to be done when they were called. Called my local Mazda dealer who referred me to All Pro. Marty was there in 35 minutes, cut the key by hand perfectly the first time, and even made me an additional key because the blanks are so difficult to find. Fast, courteous, helpful - huge cheer for the local business doing it right and taking care of customers. He will be our first and only call for all future locksmith needs - automotive, residential, or business.

Horrible service dont use this company guy came out to my nissan murano to make me a key which he did he traced it off my preexisting key he charged me 150.00 my car did not start he said I need gas so I went to gas station got gas car still would not start called him back said he didnt have anymore keys for my car. He would not issue me a refund so I called another locksmith company to come out he tested the key this guy sold me it did not have a transponder in to allow me to start my car so the company cut me a transponder key he was here 5 min and my car is now running. We will see you in court my friend hope this review deters people from using your company and getting scammed out of money

As a Nissan Altima driver I under not so good circumstances I needed a new key fob. My local locksmiths gave me the run around saying they were closed but supposingly opened 24 hrs but told me they would come the next morning. I wasnt having that so I ran across All Pro Locksmith out of Lafayette... spoke to the man on the phone. Told him what I needed done and with NO hesitation at all. He assured me he would be here. He even said he would give me a ride home if I would not be off work by the time he arrived. Before I knew it he was here... he did the job and I was on my way !!
