My wife and I ordered locks and handle sets for four exterior doors on our house. One of the owners came to complete the installation and did a superb job. Not only did he modify the doors with some additional hardware to increase the security, he adjusted all of the doors to easily open and close without any sticking or rubbing on the frames or having to lift / pull the handles to close and lock. Hard to find great customer service anymore, but this is one outstanding example. Thank you.

I was told yestetday that they could make a car key from a vin number for 45 dollars if there was not a chip in the key, which there was not. Today, when i called back to verify things and make an appointment, i was told that was not true and they did not know why i was told that. So, they are either shady and want the more expensive service to be ordered or at best, do not train their employess. I wonder which it is?? Since i called other locksmiths in the area, i believe the shady option since i was told by the other locksmiths that it was possible to create a key from the vin number without being onsite. I live in the country, so of course it is more money to come out. Very disappointing especially during this time when people are worried about money issues. I gave one star because i could not give a review but my rating is zero stars and shame on you!!! Taking advantage of others misfortune is horrible. Also, i am a female and both employees were male. I wonder if i were a male that called about the same thing if they would have tried to run the same story or not. Wow. While writing this review, i got a call back from another locksmith and got the same info. It was and is NOT necessary for them to come out to make a key without a chip, which more than doubles the cost of the service. How disappointing!! I have been in management most of my life and i have NEVER written a review that wasn't excellent. This is my first.

Polite on phone when I called, I went in for a transponder key to have the battery replaced. Joel could have been more respectful while speaking with his crew, as there were about 4 customers in the shop overhearing the issues with other parts taking place. I understand being direct, but to be polite to the staff would go a long way. I appreciate the great low price and quick service, I just suggest the friendliness with fellow staff in front of clients to be improved.

After visiting 2 other shops in the area to get a spare car key with remote fob programming, I went here as a last try after the other location didnt have the fob in stock. This location had my 2008 honda cr-v fob in stock and able to program it on the spot! An added bonus was they were MUCH cheaper than what the other 2 shops quoted me. They wanted well over 100 dollars and I was able to get the fob with programming for way cheaper. They guy was very helpful and friendly. I am so glad I decided to stop by here, because they got the inventory stock to really get things done.

If I could give zero stars I would. Tired of people in CUSTOMER SERVICE not providing that service. Rude staff who did not acknowledge guest upon entering the building is not ok. Walked in and everybody seemed as if they were so busy- not true, just rude with probably a bit of something else. Will never return or recommend.

I will never use this place again . The first tech we spoke to was friendly and helpful , he gave us a specific price for the service call and 2 keys . It was very pricey ! He was unable to make two keys so we where told that he would charge us 50 dollars less and when where able to go to there shop they would make the two keys for 50 dollars. When I went to the shop a very unfriendly tech helped me and charged me 70 for 1 key ! I very much cannot stand when people take advantage of others !

Wish I could give this company a negative amount of stars..please stay away from this company, they get paid by insurance before they show up and don't complete the job. I called to have a key made for my car and my battery died before the key could be programmed. The guy suggested I program my own key after paying and refused to jump start my battery. After I got my battery started he refused to come back out and program the key. I ended up having to call out another company to program the key which costed the same amount of money. The guy told several different stories to my insurance company of why the job did not get completed.
