This locksmith service is great. The locksmith is efficient and nice to talk to while he was working. I contacted them to change the locks and the sales rep responded to my call right away. The price was also way reasonable than the other places I called. I hope I have no further issues, but If I do, I will not hesitate to call them.

it took only 20 minutes for the locksmith to arrive and he was very professional and courteous. He showed me his professional ID badge and photo immediately upon greeting me. He then explained the method he would use to attempt to open my door while also trying to preserve the integrity of the lock. Unfortunately, the lock was very strong, so he explained he would have to drill it to disrupt the pins and then install a new lock. That process took less than 10 minutes, and voila! I was in my house again. He gave me a fair price for the emergency call and replacement. I was very impressed overall with the service and extremely relieved to get into my house to my awaiting, hungry pets!

Very good service! I called them for them to change my locks on my door because of possible break-ins in the community im in. Feeling unsure about my safety, I called them and they were there less than an hour to change my lock on the door. Kind and respectful! I will continue to call if Im ever in need again.

Royal Locksmith improperly programmed a Nissan remote for a customer that caused the vehicles computer to stop responding and the customer to be unable to turn off their vehicle. When confronted they refused to fix the issue.The customer had to go to another locksmith in a different city who identified the issue and properly programmed a remote.These people aren't professionals, do your due diligence and sort out the scammers from the actual locksmiths.

Please read! I have a problem with my keys for a while now, I contacted and set a schedule with one of royal locksmith employees but he never showed up! He had me waiting for over 3 hours and I tried contacting them and I couldnt reach anyone! Its a very unprofessional business and advice you to go somewhere else and doing business with people that actually wants to help. Thank you.
