They change the knob for me,after a week the knob was acting weard eventually it jammed I called one click locksmith to come and check it out they wanted to charge me 59$ to check it as they are not located in Baltimore and coming from far!!!!!!????? I eventually got my neighbor to help me fix the problem ....

I was just blessed with the best service ever from Zack of One Click Locksmith, College Park, Md. He came to my home immediately, figured out the problem with both doors, fixed one door, and went to get the part for the second door. Because they gave him an incorrect part, he went right back out to find the right part as it was a little difficult to find. That did not stop him. He was determined to do the job and satisfy the customer. He came back and fixed the second lock as well! Zack has a wonderful personality and cares about the customer! He does not try to overcharge you for his expert services. He is honest, fair, kind and trustworthy. He also really knows the locksmith/security business! I am grateful to Zack today! I was locked out in the my stadium in Baltimore I called one click locksmith who said that they will be here in 15 min its an hour later no one showed up When I looked them up I see they are located in college park I am in Baltimore and they send someone from college park but advertise as local Wouldnt recommend those guys

They was AMAZING I locked out of my car in Greenbelt metro station I call one click and the locksmith was at my location in about 10 minutes and he worked as a pro he unlocked my car in less the 5 minutes with no damage to my car. it was a bit frustrated by they make the all lockout to a bit nicer experience with the nice locksmith that the send to help meI hope it wont happen to me again but I will definitely will call them again
