The office manager or receptionist for this place is rude and unprofessional. She will out talk you, and lie . I schedule service for 10-12 but the tech did not show. When I called to office the same lady I spoke with the day before stated she said after 4pm....which was not correct. Why would I have the specific window of time if it was not told to me. Again, she was very rude to a potential customer. Also, they don't to use AMEX, they will try to get you to use another card to benefit them. I would not recommend them AT ALL!!!!!

My daughter did something to override my safe combination. I called Mr Yaniv he was professional and responded promptly. He told me my options over the phone consultation and I sent pictures. I took it to him and it was done sooner than expected. The business is very professional and comfortable if you have to wait. I would recommend Yaniv and the nice young man that helped him. The pricing was below his competitors. It was worth good service.

Super quick, responsive and beyond fair. Loved working with them and never felt like I was being taken advantage of as with other locksmiths I've dealt with in the past. My deadbolt was very old but they didn't pressure to switch just because of age. I was happy to know that I got some other options. Will use them again if something comes up.

Extremely overpriced scammers!! They tried to charge me over $640 to change three locks!!! After my shock and dismay, they brought the price down to a whopping $460. Meanwhile I called another company of whom charged less than half the price they charged me. If you want to be ripped off and scammed, use this company. Otherwise do your research and go with another company. Never again!! Update: I had a different company come out and change the locks again due to the sketchiness of this company and they only charged me $105 to do the same exact job!! So therefore it is possible. Your perceived discount was as fake and scandalous as this company.

It happened to me this time. I lost my keys while going to and from school. The keys to my building, my apartment, and my mailbox were not the issue, as my supt was able to replace them. The issue was that I also lost keys to my safe. I had no choice but to call a locksmith to have the safe opened. The locksmith was honest with me, and told me that the safe would more than likely be unusable afterward. I was fine with this, and we set an appointment. The appointment was the same day, in the evening time. The locksmith came to my place, got my safe opened, and got me taken care if in less than 20 minutes.

The locksmith was also extremely funny and relatable. Very reasonably priced. Landlords and tenants, this should be the first company you call if you're locked out.

I had all of the locks changed in my house and as the technician was leaving he noticed a door knob (without a lock) that was lose and fixed that too! Excellent service all the way around. We called Eagle and spoke to the owner who couldn't have been more compassionate. He rushed over and gave us a very fair price. These guys were great. They showed up soon after I called, having discovered my lock had stuck and I couldn't lock the door to the house. They rekeyed the existing lock, but when, a few days later, that proved not to be the best solution, they came back and fixed on a new lock, at no extra charge. This company is overpriced, and the locksmith didn't complete the service. I was very dissatisfied, I was told that I would receive a door handle with a security lock and ended up getting a closet door handle with no lock. I got charged 265 dollars for this mess. Truth be told this is a company that hires crooks for locksmiths.

I live in a very Baltimore home. My 40+ year-old lockset in my apartment door finally gave out, locking us inside! So I contacted Eagle Locksmith at about 5:50 AM and a dispatcher got back to me within minutes. He asked for photos of the door, lock, etc., which I texted to him. He got back to me with a very reasonable quotation, which included rekeying both locks (mortise & deadbolt) to work with the same key, and making a number of duplicate keys. Alas, the job was trickier than anticipated, since the old steel door was in poor condition and needed new holes drilled to fit the new equipment. But these guys were on top of everything, and managed to make the new equipment work perfectly and look as good as possible. Thanks a lot guys!
